Reportedly, Connally came to the attention of authorities by way of a tip from another student about the alleged relationship.

Connally will make an initial court appearance today.

10/30/09 – Initial Court Appearance

Jacqueline Connally made an initial court appearance on Thursday at which Fulton Magistrate Judge James Altman ordered the sexual battery charge changed to sexual assault owing to Connally’s supervisory position over the student as a bus driver.

A preliminary hearing for Connally was scheduled for November 12th and she was subsequently freed on bond.

    All Charges Will Be Droppedd On Her!! Thoughtt I Should Let You Know. Oh And By The Way I Would Like All This Crap About My Sister Off Of This Website Or I Will Be Pressing Charges. For The Violation Of Privacy.

    Before you start “pressing charges” you might want to check with an attorney, one familiar with the 1st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as it is obvious you are not. But thanks for playing, anyhow… – webmaster

    @Antwa’Nette,

    If you think no grown woman would hit on a kid, then you’re naive. Poke around this site a bit and you’ll find plenty of evidence of grown women coming up to little boys. See Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo: a 33 year old mother of three that pulls a kid out of class, has sex with him near a national monument, then goes on to describe the 13 year old boy (13!) as being more ‘experienced’ than any other man she’s been with. That’s 13 vs 33. Hmmm. See Sandy Binkley: asks a kid that’s bopping her ‘this isn’t what you expected for being my Teachers Aide is it?’ The list goes on, and on…

    And it doesn’t matter whether he knew what he was doing or not.

    It’s about boundaries and respecting them. And we put that onus on the adult. Period. Should there be consequences for a child that willingly engages in this kind of behavior? Perhaps, but we don’t currently define things that way and I seriously doubt we ever will. But even if we did, it wouldn’t diminish the adults responsibility at all. Currently we completely put the responsibility on the adult. And, in this case, it’s a GROWN WOMAN. The person we presume should know better. And if they don’t respect those boundaries, then they’ve committed a crime. It’s much simpler that way. And, frankly, its the right way to do it imho. The last thing we should be doing is having courts argue about how much the kid wanted it and/or how much the adult was coerced in order to determine how much of a penalty to dole out to each. That would be a completely unworkable system.

    she still should have known better…now she might get up to a year in jail and a heavy fine cuz of her lack reasoning

    In the eyes of the law, none of that matters. Court is for relevant issues, not opinions and feelings.

    I feel because of his age he knew what he was doing so therefore her charges should not be as servere as people want them to be.I think that it is more to the situation than people want to tell.It is not entirely her fault.Yes she is an adult yes maybe she should have told him no, you have to look at it like this an older woman is being hit on by a younger man. SHE DID NOT RAPE HIM IF HE CAME TO HER FIRST. I SAY HE CAME TO HER FIRST BECAUSE NO GROWN WOMAN WOULD JUST COME UP TO A LITTLE BOY AND TRY TO GET AT HIM ESPECIALLY NOT THIS ONE!!!!!
