(U.S.) Daniel Aguilar, a longtime ROTC instructor at Mexico High School in Mexico, New York has pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree sexual abuse in Oswego City Court. In exchange for the guilty plea, he will be sentenced to no more than 60 days in jail and up to six years probation. He is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 6. Link
(U.S.) Toni Allexy, 39, of Paradise, California, a former cheer mom was sentenced today to four years probation with strict terms and conditions for a felony child endangerment charge. Allexy was accused last October of furbishing alcohol to minors, driving while intoxicated with minors in her vehicle and fondling a teenage boy during the drive. Link

Angulo, 35, principal of South East High School in South Gate in Los Angles, California who allegedly failed to report a sexual encounter between a teacher and a student pleaded no contest today and was sentenced to two years’ probation, 100 hours of community service and ordered to pay a $120 fine. (Australia) The Vincentian Congregation yesterday admitted that as many as four former priests and brothers and one lay teacher at St Stanislaus’ College, Bathurst, have been caught up in allegations of sexual abuse. Link
