Hope Ashley Jacoby, 23, athletic trainer at Tustin High School in Tustin, California has been arrested on suspicion of engaging in unlawful sex acts with a male student.
Jacoby was arrested last week on suspicion of oral copulation of a minor and unlawful sex with a minor.
She reportedly came to the attention of authorities who were informed of the unlawful acts by a student who allegedly saw a text message photograph on the cell phone of the alleged victim.
Police say that the victim is between 14 and 17-years old and police have also indicated that there might be other victims.
Investigators believe Jacoby had sex with the male athlete on several occasions, including at her San Juan Capistrano home and her car while parked near an elementary school.
Following her arrest, Jacoby was reportedly jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail but has since been released on bail.
Reportedly Jacoby worked for a company hired by the school to train its athletes in various sports and in late November, Jacoby submitted a letter of resignation to the district, stating that Friday, December 19th would be her last day because she intended to further her education. Jacoby was arrested on what was reportedly her final day at the school.
Police were encouraging anyone with information on Jacoby or any other possible victims to contact the sheriff’s department at (714) 628-7170.
07/29/09 – Sentencing
Hope Jacoby, who earlier this month pleaded guilty to six counts involving sexual contact with a minor, has been sentenced to three years’ probation and ordered to perform 240 hours of community service.
The judge reduced the counts to which Jacoby pleaded guilty to misdemeanors over prosecutor’s objections.
The judge noted that Jacoby is a college graduate on her way to a productive life and is not likely to re-offend and that the victim was a male student who was 16 and 17 during the course of conduct and was a willing participant who had engaged in some deception to maintain the relationship.

Some of you probably thinking , “what makes you think Hope would do porn.” You are probably right, a classy women like Hope would never do porn. A grown woman that sleeps with a high school kid has to be above being in porn. A harlot like Hope is too elegant for that.

I left out Pamela Turner and Debra Lafave, I never thought they were all that hot. Lisa Glide is not on this neither because she’s old. Look at some of her pictures from her sentencing, she looks haggard.
HOPE JACOBY gets 3 years probation and comminuting service. I’ve been thinking about her punishment and the more I think about it the more I see the injustice. She got off because she is a college graduate, so college graduates get a free-pass.
Probation is a joke. When I was in college, I worked in a warehouse with two “gentleman” that were on probation. They were on probation, but you could never tell by the way they conducted themselves. One was a degenerate alcoholic gambler, who couldn’t show up to work sober. The other was a stoner, who somehow had an endless supply of marijuana. These men lived like they were free men.
The only thing Hope will learn is that she can get away with criminal activity. No one should be above the law. I’m no angel, but I never molested any children, I never hurt anyone. I’m irked by those of you who feel that Hope did nothing wrong. When did it become cool to be a child molester? What if it was your kid?
Look up Traci Tapp, Rolling Stone Magazine. They did an article on this kid Jason, that had a relationship with Traci. Jason’s life was ruined because of this relationship.
Maybe the kid Hope molested will be ok? I hope that he is ok, but this doesn’t change the fact that she broke the law. This doesn’t change the fact that she got a slap on the wrist.
I like how everyone writes the same comment on these boards. “Where was she when I was in School?” Well if you were in school with Hope, I doubt you would have a shot at her. This girl was probably “dating” some Jock or really good looking guy. Hope got off too easy! We live in a society with laws and regulations. You may not agree with every law, but you still must follow them. She should have been sent to jail.
This rabbit finds it difficult to believe that a 15 or 17 year-old athlete could be molested by a 23 year-old blonde. What did she have to do to rape him; tie the boy up and stuff him with Viagra?
What a fool she was for thinking that she’d never get caught. And oh yes, teenage boys don’t kiss and tell. There’s absolutely no hope for Hope.
She is cute and really close in age to the students. There were more than a few high-fives being slapped by the lucky chap that nailed her.

No this is a judge that just does not take sex crimes seriously.This is the same judge superior court judge Gregory Jones that sentenced Aaron Westbrook to 240 days in jail.He pleaded guilty to three felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, two felony counts of oral copulation of a minor, two felony counts of administering a controlled substance to enable a felony, three misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and three misdemeanor counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Once again a deficient judge has been unable to see past the face of a young female predator and give her an appropriate sentence that would be in line with those that they have undoubtedly given out to men in the same sort of situation.
