Guy Bubba Nall, 39, an assistant football coach as Enterprise High School, in Enterprise, Alabama and a former teacher at Trenton High School, in Trenton, Florida and at Chiefland High School, in Chiefland, Florida has been arrested on multiple child sex charges.
Nall was arrested Friday and was being held in the Levy County, Florida jail on a $175,000 bond.
Reportedly Nall worked at Trenton High School from 1998 until 2003, at Chiefland High School from 2003 to 2005 and at Enterprise High School from 2005 to the present.
Reportedly Nall has been placed on paid administrative by the Enterprise school system and has been released from jail on $175,000 bail.
The charges for which Nall was arrested are alleged to have occurred in Levy County between 2000 and 2006. Investigators do not believe that any of the alleged crimes took place at the school but are requesting any child that had an improper encounter with Nall to contact Levy County Investigator Lauree Allen at 352-486-5111 Extension: 303.
Update 10/04/07:
According to a report in the “Chiefland Citizen”, Guy Bubba Nall was arrested for incest in Enterprise, Alabama on September 25, according to Enterprise Police Department spokesman Capt. Mike Lolley.
Reportedly, bond was set at $15,000 and Nall was released on bond within a day.
Update 11/02/07:
On October 23, Guy Bubba Nall was indicted by a Coffee County grand jury on seven counts of incest.
Nall turned himself in a week later on October 30, and bonded out of jail on $15,000 per-count shortly thereafter.
The same victim who filed charges against Nall in Coffee County, Alabama also filed charges against him in Levy County, Florida.
The victim told Enterprise police that she and Nall engaged in sexual intercourse while she was visiting him in December 2006.
05/30/09 – Not Guilty In Florida
A Levy County, Florida jury found Bubba Nall not guilty on all charges Friday.
Nall still faces trial on similar charges, alleging the same victim, in Coffee County, Alabama.
That trial is expected to take place later this year.
09/11/09 – All Charges Dismissed in Alabama
All charges against Bubba Nall in Coffee County, Alabama have been dismissed.
Circuit Judge Jeff Kelley dismissed the charges on the recommendation of District Attorney Gary McAliley, who told the judge there was no medical or other evidence that corroborates the allegations.
DA McAliley said that the allegations in both states surfaced after Nall refused to buy his stepdaughter a Cadillac Escalade that she wanted.

Bubba, we knew better.
I find this deeply disturbing and agree with the other comments that the Step Daughter should be dealt with. Whats to say she will not ’spit her dummy out’ and does the same again to some other poor bloke who dares to say ‘No!’. If nothing is done how will she ever learn??? I hope that Guy Nall will be able to turn his life around and this has not damaged it too much.
The stepdaughter needs to do some serious jail time. She was willing to put an innocent man in prison because she didn’t get her way. And she made it harder for true victims of sexual assult to be believed.
Bub said it right. Teachers who want to become friends with students should always be suspect of molestation.
Well, now I hope the stepdaughter gets some jail time for false reporting and her mother, his wife tells the little piece of trash to get outta there. What a little (Expletive deleted by site moderator) she is.

Charges against Bubba Nall in Alabama were dismissed this morning, 9/9/2009.
With a name like Bubba, he’d have to be completely innocent to be found not guilty by a jury. There are enough bubbas in prison, and I’m glad this one didn’t make the grade.
This goes to show you how dangerous the teaching profession can be. This poor bubba will never be trusted for the rest of his life. Once charged, a cloud of suspicious hangs over you for the rest of your life simply because you’ve been arrested as a sexual predator.

We now know who the bad one was…but we all knew that to begin with…i suggest that she and her mother both get mental help..have known Bubba and this childs mother since we were teenagers… (Deleted by site moderator). we love you Bubba and we are sorry that you got mixed up with her…she will have to answer for her actions one day and I wouldn’t want to be standing close to her when that time comes…..Hold your head up and be proud of who you are and all that you have accomplished in life and know that you have many, many supporters who know you could never hurt another person
