George Harcourt Bull, 58, a special needs substitute teacher at Esperanza High School in Mission Viejo, California has been arrested by federal agents on child pornography charges.
It is alleged that Bull took sexually explicit photographs of underage boys in his bedroom and near his community pool and used his profile on MySpace to lure a 13-year-old Arizona boy into an online sexual relationship.
It is further alleged that an initial examination of Bull’s computer equipment revealed sexually explicit photographs of prepubescent males, numerous images of child pornography and of minors with whom Bull may have had contact.
Bull is actively involved in AYSO soccer in Orange County, where he is a coach, referee coordinator and an AYSO board member.
Bull came to the attention of authorities by way of a call from the father of the 13-year-old Arizona boy who complained that his son had been Web-camming and chatting online with someone using the screen name “joeycal”.
Federal investigators believe Bull may have had sexual contact with minor children and are urging anyone with information to contact authorities at 714-542-8825.
Bull is expected to make an initial appearance in federal count tomorrow.
