Francis Allen Skinness, 63, a third grade teacher at Bonner Elementary in Stewartville, Minnesota has reportedly been arrested on allegations of sexually abusing two of his female students.

Skinness is reportedly charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree and a summons has been issued for Skinness to appear in Olmsted District Court on August 24th.
Skinness came to the attention of authorities when a Mayo Clinic specialist reported that one of her patients said she was sexually abused by her teacher and identified the man as Skinness.
When investigators spoke with the school principal they learned that four girls from Skinness’ third-grade class came to the school principal’s office and reported incidents with Skinness “invading their space”, that Skinness would hug them too long or too tight and of Skinness standing closely behind them so that they felt his genitals against their backs.
Investigators reportedly interviewed the Skinness entire third-grade class and as a result of their investigation allege sexual touching of two 9-year-old girls by Skinness.
It is alleged that one girl told investigators the incidents started last fall and alleged that Skinness touched her under her shirt more than 20 times. The girl also told investigators that Skinness put his hand down her shirt while hugging her from behind.
The victims also told investigators that Skinness also would sit on what he called a “hot seat” and make the students sit between his legs and he would push his body against them.
Skinness denied the allegations, saying he doesn’t remember committing the acts, and if he did, he did so unintentionally.

I just don’t know what to say about this case. It’s very sickening in so many ways. Now, you can’t even trust a teacher on the brink of his retirement. Disgusting!
