Eve Pierson

Eve Victoria Pierson, 37, a special education teacher at Rancho Vista High in Temecula, California has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18.

Pierson was not arrested but was informed by letter to appear in court for arraignment on Thursday or face arrest.

It is alleged in court documents that text messages were exchanged between Pierson and the two teen boys and that she kissed at least one of the alleged victims.

Pierson came to the attention of authorities because of a note found in a shredder that was taped back together and given to Rancho Vista’s principal, who then notified Temecula police. The note was reportedly suggestive of an improper relationship between Pierson and a male student.

Pierson was placed on paid leave in February. She was put on unpaid leave after she was charged earlier this month.

    I actually know the kid who got down with her and he’s far from a victim… he enjoyed it very much, if I do recall haha.

    Mrs.p is the coolest teacher I’ve ever met if it wasn’t for her i wouldn’t have graduated high school

    Wow, this is crazy! I had Miss P for almost a year. She helped me graduate and now this? Well, I guess the saying is true; You never really do know someone…
