Ernesto Guzman

Ernesto Guzman, a taxi driver for the Rome Taxi Cab Company, in Rome, Georgia hired by the Floyd County Board of Education to transport students from the Floyd Transitional Academy in Rome, Georgia to to the board of education to catch the bus home has been arrested on allegations of enticing a student for sex.

Reportedly, investigators said that Guzman purchased alcohol for himself and the student and then drove to Chattooga County to have sex with the student.

Guzman faces several charges, including interfering with the custody of a minor and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

    if he had priors-would he be a cab driver? in some states they have to be finger printed,before they get a cab drivers license,and checked out by the state.
