Ephraim Aguirre II, 29, a substitute history teacher at McLane High School in the Fresno Unified School District in California has been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of a minor.
Reportedly Aguirre worked at McLane High School during the 2006-2007 school year and may have worked as a student intern and/or a teacher at as many as two other Fresno Unified schools.
Aguirre was arrested on charges of oral copulation with a minor, penetration with a foreign object, and unlawful sex with a minor under the age of 18.
Reportedly police are also looking into hundreds images of child pornography allegedly found on one of Aguirre’s personal computers.
12/02/08 – Aguirre Now Facing Federal Child Porn Charges
Ephraim Aguirre II is now facing federal child pornography allegations after authorities allegedly found more than 2,000 child pornography images on Aguirre’s computer, and said he wrote in chats with his photo-trading partners of a desire to molest and then murder a child.
Aguirre is the second former Lawless Elementary School teacher to be arrested on federal child pornography charges. Terry Zane was indicted in October on one count of possessing child pornography and another count of receiving or distributing child pornography.
04/21/10 – Guilty Plea and Sentencing
Last month, as a result of his guilty plea to federal child pornography charges, Ephraim Aguirre II was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison.
The prison sentence is to be followed by a lifetime on probation.

Ephraim is my best friend. I’ve known him for over 20 years. He is misunderstood. Plain and simple. His humor is very dark. I agree that what he may have said was and can definitely be considered inappropiate. But that’s just the way he was. A very laid back and cool person, I also believe that he was a decent teacher. History was his subject. So to the s**thead that claimed that he didn’t learn anything in his class, I will see you flipping my burger. If even that. And to those girls that said that he had made those comments about your “shorty shorts”, I’ve got to ask you… Where are the others that we’re offended? Sounds like you took what he said out of context just like the jealous burger flipper. I’ll bet you guys 20 to 1 that you little brats were sent to the Principal’s Office by a cool teacher and that offended you. Thanks to all that support Ephraim.
he was creeppy. i had him in 7thh grade at lawless too:// ehhh. he made sexual remarks towards my friends.
i was also in his class in 7th grade @ Lawless! he was a very much of a pushover teacher as the “unknown” person says. He always did have people in his class and they played Halo….or they would have Guitar Hero Contests. &&+ Janice no hard feelings but you shouldn’t think he wasn’t a bad teacher. He was very creepy. and he used to make comments to the girls about their clothes. He told my friend she looked very nice when she was wearing short shorts!!! And i think that was not appropriate for a teacher to sayy. and everyone said he had porn on his computer before we even found out about this.

ya know my daughter was his ta @ mclane and he gave her a ride home too. Thank god he didnt do anything to my daughter but what if he did. It sad that you can defend someone like that what if it was your daughter
I had him last year in 7th grade at Toby Lawless. Mr.Aguirre was the worst teacher ever in history. The whole class didn’t learn one thing that year. Ask anyone from his class last year, He was a push-over and let the class do whatever they wanted to do. He let students stay in his class at lunch to play the computer, which is not allowed, all students must be outside on the blacktop or field at lunch. Hes just a freak, he even took pictures of students the last day of school in his 4th period class. He even drove a girl in 8th grade home. She seemed to like him a lot. My opinion, hes a rapist.

Your statement makes no sense. What does anything you wrote have to do with Mr. Aguirre’s case? Nothing. When I was in school, a lot of teachers let their students in the classrooms during lunch or on their breaks. That doesn’t mean that a teacher is sexually attracted to his or her students. Your assumptions are disturbing.

Ummm…Janice he acted nasty even towards you…How can you defend him? He was the most innapropriate teacher and made lots of very gross remarks to the class…
