Derrick Sepp, 32, a teacher at Labelle Middle School, in Labelle, Florida has been arrested and charged on allegations that he molested a 12-year-old boy that he met via MySpace.com.
It is alleged that Sepp and the boy conversed on MySpace.com and that Sepp, using the name “Eric” set up a meeting with the boy at a Lake Wales, Florida movie theater.
It is alleged that inside the theater Sepp kissed the boy and reached inside his pants. It is also alledged that the boy also fondled Sepp and after the movie was over they went their separate ways.
Reportedly, after the incident the boy told his mother of what happened and she contacted police. Officers asked the boy to contact Sepp again and set up another meeting at the same theater. When Sepp arrived at the theater seven undercover officers accompanying the boy and posing as ticket takers and theater patrons swooped down on Sepp arresting him.
Sepp has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation and remains jailed on $300,000 bond.
