Debra Kylochko, 49, a teacher aide for Yuma Elementary School District 1 Alternative, in Yuma, Arizona has been arrested on allegations of sexual contact with a 14-year-old male.
Kylochko has reportedly been charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual conduct with a minor and is being held in custody in lieu of $1.4 million bail.
Debra Kylochko came to the attention of police on August 3 when they received allegations she was having sexual intercourse with a minor. During the course of the investigation police identified at least one alleged victim and say that there might be more.
Kylochko’s husband, Pete, says the allegations against his wife are all lies.
In a KSWT TV Report, Pete Kylochko is quoted as saying:
“She is a good mother, and I don’t believe she did this. I just can’t… I think she’s wrongly accused, and I think she was set up, and I think she was framed for this.
School district Superintendent Darwin Stiffler stated that Kylochko had not been employed with the district since June 5.
Kylochko’s next appearance in court will be on August 25th.

1.4 million???? Is she Hannibal Lecter??? Look, I’m all for justice, but she got down with a male juvenile, who I’m sure was a more than willing participant, and this seems like a bond associated with the worst of the worst. Not saying she doesn’t deserve a stiff bond and a fair trial, but 1.4???, seriously. What, does she own a fleet of Boeing 747’s that we’re unaware of? Can’t we find a happy medium that gets it right.
