David Costanza - No Contest

David Costanza, 28, a social studies teacher at Ambridge Area High School, in Ambridge, PA has entered a no contest plea to statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors for a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female student.

The girl has told police that she and Costanza had sex twice in his apartment during March of this year.

Costanza was set for a preliminary hearing but before it could start he waived the hearing and entered a no contest plea. Sentencing is set for July and under the plea arrangement Costanza may not face any jail time.

David Costanza’s father Charles Costanza was the school board president of the Ambridge Area School District but resigned following his son’s arrest
