Dammion Lamonte Martin

Dammion Lamonte Martin, 34, a teacher’s assistant at Jones Senior High School in Trenton, North Carolina has been accused of an inappropriate relationship with a female student.

Reportedly Martin is charged with two counts of second degree sexual offense, two counts of sexual activity by a school personnel and two counts of crimes against nature.

The alleged incidents are said to have occurred during the spring 0f 2006 and fall of 2008 and involve different alleged victims.

The two alleged incidents are said to have occurred on school property.

During the investigation of the allegations from November, 2008 the second alleged victim came forward with allegations of the 2006 incident.

Martin turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday morning and has a court appearance set for Friday.

Following his arrest and booking, Martin was reportedly being held in the Onslow County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
