Dale Scharpf, a special education teacher at Harney Middle School in Las Vegas, Nevada has been arrested on a charge of lewdness with a minor.
It is alleged that Scharph touched the breast of a 13-year-old over her clothes.
Scharph was arrested after the girl told school administrators that Scharpf had touched her.
The arrest report indicates that Scharpf told investigating officers that in 2005 he received a 10 day suspension for reportedly touching a female student’s breast.
Scharpf has evidently been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.

Let me quote..Draw the line..Stop the abuse..(this is from a local TV show that features domestic violence among women and children)
It is good to know that the young girl confessed to her administrators regarding the harassment. It takes courage to do an act like this. I understand that what she had experienced has a psychological effect on her…and sometimes this is what hinders victims of harassment from telling the authorities.

Can you search and see what records he has in Washington State?
