Clark Kendell Lewing, 24, a former contract drumline teacher at Hudson High School in Lufkin, Texas has been arrested on allegations that he had sex with a 14-year-old female student.
According to the Angelina County Sheriff’s Office, the girl is a Hudson High School student who took private lessons from Lewing.
It is alleged that Lewing said he had known the girl approximately a year before the two had sex, and he knew how old she was. It is further alleged that the girl told investigators that she wanted to have sex with Lewing.
A school district spokesperson says that the school terminated its contract with Lewing earlier this month.
06/19/08 – Grand Jury Indictment
Clark Lewing has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of improper relationship between an educator and a student and on a charge of sexual assault of a child.
Lewing is currently free on bond.
06/03/09 – Sentencing
On December 30, 2008 Clark Lewing pleaded guilty to one count of improper relationship between an educator and student.
On May 22, 2009 an Angelina County district judge sentenced Lewing to nine years in prison.
Lewing is expected to serve half of his sentence before he becomes eligible for parole.

On April 29th, 2009. Clark Lewing raped an intoxicated woman while she was passed out. He removed her from the party and took her somewhere. She doesnt remember anything but had bruises all over her and her underwear were inside out. Her glasses were also missing.
He never called anyone to have her picked up. He knew were everyone was. His car was not there.
He was supposed to bring this girl to another party where her boyfriend was waiting. she never showed up. Her boyfriend went over to Lewings house were they were not there.
His brother took up for him and lied to protect him. When the boyfriend asked Lewings brother to help him find her, he was asked to leave.
No one knew that he knew he was going to jail the following few weeks. He did it because he thought he could get away with it.
He said that she begged him for sex and he tried to resist but gave in the third time. The girl had pills in her system and had too much to drink.
He lied and said that the sex happened in her bed the first time. Told the cops it happened on the ground outside. Told the girl that it happened at his neighbors house.
He told the boyfriend that nothing happened… That he “went down the street to take a business call from Dallas”.
Clark Lewing is a pedophile that must be stopped. The Grand Jury failed to indict him on intoxicated rape.
How many other people has Lewing hurt and gotten away with?

Most colts are gelded before they are a yearling. Clark should have been such a colt. He could not handle his libido. That cute little goatee and those shifty eyes are very common with child predators. His life is over. If he was in another state, he might have gotten away with less than a year in county.
