Christopher M. French, 28, a special education teacher’s aide at the McCall Middle School in Winchester, Massachusetts has been arrested on a charge of child enticement.
It is alleged that French used the Internet to entice a 13-year-old female student to have sex with him
Reportedly police searched French’s home and obtained evidence which led to his arrest on allegations that he used online conversations in the enticement of the student. Reportedly a second search warrant was served yesterday and a third search warrant was served today.
At his arraignment French pleaded not guilty to one count of child enticement and was released on $5,000 cash bail.
His next court appearance is set for August 8th.
Reportedly French is the son of McCall Middle School Principal Evander French Jr.
10/20/08 – Christopher French Indicted
Christopher French was indicted today on 18 counts including child rape, child enticement, posing a child in a state of nudity, disseminating visual material of a child in a state of nudity, possession of child pornography and dissemination of matter harmful to minors..
French is now accused of sex crimes against six teenage girls and allegedly used web sites like Myspace and Facebook to lure his victims.
French is scheduled for arraignment next Wednesday.
11/05/08 – Arraignment
Christopher French was arraigned today on charges including child rape and posing a child in a state of nudity.
French pleaded not guilty to all charges and was ordered held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
05/22/09 – French Attorney Seeks Removal of GPS Device
Christopher French’s defense attorney Phillip Tracey asked the Middlesex Superior Court Thursday to review whether his client still needs to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet as a condition of his pre-trial probation.
The hearing was postponed until Wednesday, May 27, so the judge who issued the conditions of probation could review the issue.
10/05/09 – Guilty Plea and Sentencing
Christopher French has reportedly pleaded guilty to multiple counts of child rape, child enticement, and child pornography charges.
Judge Bruce Henry sentenced French to two consecutive sentences of 2.5 years each of confinement at the Billerica House of Correction to be followed by five years probation.
When released from confinement French must register as a sex offender, must undergo sex offender counseling and he is prohibited contact with children under the age of 16.
In addition, French will be prohibited internet use, must be on GPS monitoring and is prohibited from teaching or coaching.

Yup, I was in a class of his when he was a sub. He kicked me out and sent me down to his dads office for saying (Expletive deleted by site moderator). Now he’s a pederass and I got in trouble for saying (Expletive deleted by site moderator)….. looks like i got the last laugh. and for the record he’d been doing that (Expletive deleted by site moderator) since I started at McCall in 6th grade and I graduated WHS in 2007.

Mass. Teacher Aide Pleads Guilty To Child Rape
WOBURN, Mass. (AP) — A former Winchester middle school teacher’s aide has pleaded guilty to charges he used the Internet to lure girls into pornography and sex, and raped one 14-year-old.
Christopher French was sentenced Monday by Middlesex Superior Court Judge Bruce Henry to two consecutive sentences of 2½ years at the Billerica House of Correction.
Prosecutors said the 29-year-old French, who was a special education aide at McCall Middle School, groomed girls through online chats by sending and receiving naked photographs. In one case, prosecutors said he raped a 14-year-old girl at her house.
Authorities said French committed crimes against six underaged female victims.
After his release, French must register as a sex offender.

WOBURN — A teacher’s aide from Winchester is expected to plead guilty to charges he used the Internet to lure girls into pornography and sex, raping one 14-year-old.
Christopher French, who was an special education aide at McCall Middle School, was charged last year with one count of rape and 17 other charges, including possession of child pornography and enticement of a child under the age of 16.
Prosecutors said the 29-year-old French groomed girls through online chats, sending and receiving naked photographs. In one case, he is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl at her house.

Not exactly sure what you mean by disciplinary action but sure as (****) that he should do jail time if these allegations are correct.
