(11/11/08 – Initial BadBadTeacher.com Report)
Christopher “Chris” Casarez, 35, the athletic director and football coach at Mathis High School in Mathis, Texas has been arrested on allegations that he held a 17-year-old female student against her will and made improper sexual advances toward her.

It is alleged that last Friday morning Casarez confronted girl while she was alone in the girl’s PE locker room.
It is further alleged that Casarez wouldn’t let her leave, held her hand and made a sexual advance.
Reportedly Casarez told KIII TV news that he held the girl’s hand for five seconds and never wanted to have sex with her but rather he was questioning her about a fight that he had broke up earlier. Casarez indicated that he let go of the girl’s hand when he sensed she was uncomfortable.
Casarez has been placed on administrative leave by the school system.
The family of the alleged victim first went to school administrators with their complaint regarding Casarez. The family subsequently went to the police with their complaint.

WHATEVER YOU ALL ARE IN DENIAL! YOU ALL MUST NOT “KNOW” COACH CASAREZ THAT WELL. BEFORE COACHING IN MATHIS HE WAS COACHING HERE IN SAN DIEGO, TX. AND HERE TOO SIMILAR OCCASIONS HAPPENED. HE WAS DATING NUMEROUS STUDENTS AND EVEN GAVE THEM MONEY TO BUY CONDOMS. SO YES I HOPE HE DOES GET PROSECUTED FOR BEING A CHILD PREDATOR BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS…… THANKS,
A CONCERNED PARENT

1st set of charges have been dropped. no evidence. just a matter of time before 2nd charges are dropped. no evidence because nothing happened. i know this site can do good by exposing wrong doers. but this time it is crucifying an innocent man. the police made an arrest in front of cameras before they did an investigation. what happened to innocent until proven guilty. anyone that knows this man knows he is not capable of being mean. TAKE HIS NAME OFF THIS SITE PLEASE.

anybody that knows coach casarez knows he is not ill mannered in any way. he doesn’t drink, doesn’t use tobacco, doesn’t cuss, doesn’t go to questionable places, has great credit. he is one of the hardest working people i have ever met. he is an outstanding person. he really truly and genuinally cares about kids. it is incredible how many things he did for students that will never be known except by the students.
the first incident is a total over exageration and over dramitization. the second incident is total fabrication from a daranged person desperate for attention. please quit trying to crucify this descent man. bad things happen to good, really good people and there is no explaning it. he has always worked for the students, he believed in students even when everyone else gave up on them. this coach is extremely well respected by anyone that has met him. this man could baby sit my daughters any day of week and twice on sundays. i am proud to know this man.

This has gone far enough.. This coach is a great guy and really cares about the students.. My son has played football for him for 3 years and I have witnessed his concern about his students…. I think this whole thing was taken out of context… I support Coach 100%
