Jesse Llorente III, 39, a substitute teacher at George Kelly Elementary School in Tracy, California has been arrested on allegations that he inappropriately touched eight girls over two days and possessed child pornography on his computer at home.

Llorente has been charged with eight counts of felony lewd conduct with a child and one count of possessing child pornography.
The alleged incidents are said to have occurred in late February and in classes where Llorente was substitute teaching for fifth and sixth grade students.
Police say that that some of the girls in classes taught by Llorente were uncomfortable in the way he was touching them. Allegedly he was stroking their hair, touching their ears and rubbing their shoulders. When their regular teacher returned to class the students reported the touching and school administrators called police.
When interviewed by police, Llorente allegedly acknowledged he was touching the child inappropriately and knew it was wrong at the time. It is further alleged that Llorente told police “it fulfilled him”.
A search warrant was served at Llorente’s parents’ house where he lives and police allegedly found child pornography on his computer. It is alleged that detectives found “more than 20 images” of child pornography.
Following his arrest Llorente was initially being held at the San Joaquin County Jail in lieu of $750,000 bail.
A statement by the school district indicates that Llorente has been removed from the active substitute list and will not be permitted on school property.
