Stacey Brewer

Stacey Ray Brewer, 37, a social studies teacher, girls’ basketball coach and bus driver at Coyle High School in Coyle, Oklahoma has reportedly been arrested and charged on allegations that he exposed himself to a female student.
Reportedly, Brewer is charged with one felony count of indecent exposure.
It is alleged that Brewer was driving the bus the alleged victim rode to school and that Brewer asked her to stay on the bus and offered her his phone number. It is further alleged that Brewer expose himself to girl, who reportedly turned away and left the bus.
Brewer came to the attention of authorities when the alleged victim came forward with her allegations.
Reportedly, Brewer has been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending the outcome of the investigation.
Following his arrest, bond for Brewer was set in the amount of $10,000 and Brewer has been released on bond. While on bond, Brewer is to have no contact with the alleged victim.
Brewer has pleaded not guilty to the charge and has a preliminary hearing set for February 25th.

Norman Ray Bernard, 57, a social studies and drama teacher at Vernal Junior High School in Vernal, Utah has reportedly been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of a child.
Reportedly, Bernard was booked into the Uintah County Jail for investigation of five first-degree felony counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and four misdemeanor counts of sexual abuse of a minor.
According to a school system spokesperson, Bernard was placed on administrative leave on January 13th after someone notified Uintah School District officials that he had allegedly been involved in an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old female student. School officials reported the allegations to the Vernal Police Department and an investigation was begun.
Reportedly, following his arrest, Bernard remains in jail held in lieu of $132,400 bail.
Thus far, police and the school system have refused to release information regarding the age or gender of the alleged victim or victims and has also not indicated if the alleged victim or victims are present or former students at the school.

Ryan Zellner, 32, a former social studies teacher and girls’ basketball coach at Kiel High School in Kiel, Wisconsin has reportedly been arrested on allegations of sexual contact with a student.
Police have indicated that they will recommend that Zellner be charged with sexual assault of a child, child enticement, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and sexual assault of a child by school staff person.
Reportedly, the allegations involve inappropriate text messages, spanning a lengthy period of time, since 2007, and involving multiple alleged victims.
Reportedly, Zellner was arrested on Monday and is jailed awaiting an initial court appearance Wednesday.
Zellner reportedly no longer works for the school district, although there has been no official explanation for termination of his employment.
04/07/10 – Case Update
Ryan Zellner has made an initial court appearance via video from the Manitowoc County Jail.
At that hearing, Manitowoc Court Commissioner Raymond Greig set cash bail at $100,000.
Police and prosecutors are saying that Zellner allegedly used intimidation and manipulation to target girls younger than 16 and in multiple school districts.

Kanzi Tyehimba, 42, a former social studies teacher and girls’ track and field coach at Hazelwood East Senior High School in Hazelwood, Missouri has reportedly been charged on allegations of having sexual contact with a student.
It is alleged that Tyehimba had sexual contact with an 18-year-old student at the high school on November 5, 2009.
Reportedly, Tyehimba was suspended by the school system in January and resigned in February.

Brian Antoine Gwaltney, 39, a former assistant football coach and substitute social studies teacher at Charles H. Flowers High School in Springdale, Maryland has reportedly been indicted on allegations of having sex with female students.
Reportedly, Gwaltney has been indicted on multiple counts of child sex abuse; third-degree sex offense, fourth-degree sex offenses and second-degree assault.
Gwaltney is accused of having consensual sex with a 16-year-old student in a classroom, forcing himself on an 18-year-old in her house and also having sex with a 15-year-old in the classroom.
It is alleged that the incidents occurred from mid-December to late January.
A Prince George’s County School spokesperson stated that Gwaltney was fired in May.
Charging documents show Gwaltney was arrested June 17 and later posted bond.
Gwaltney could face 40 or more years in jail if convicted of all charges.

Omar Davis Curry, 30, a social-studies teacher and girls basketball coach at Belleview High School in Belleview, Florida has been arrested and charged with sexual battery of a 15-year-old female student.
Allegedly Curry called the girl, who was a basketball player, out of class Thursday to speak with her in the locker room.
It is further alleged that, in the girls’ locker room, that Curry allegedly sexually battered the girl.
Investigators have been quoted as saying that Curry allegedly removed the girl’s clothes and performed oral sex upon her.
Reportedly, the alleged victim confided in friends regarding the incident on Friday and on Monday and the reported the alleged incident to school officials on Monday.
Curry was reportedly arrested at the school.
Curry was hired by the school in August, 2007 and prior to working at Belleview he reportedly served as a substitute teacher at Lyman High School in Seminole County.
Reportedly Curry was being held in the Marion County Jail on Monday afternoon in lieu of $20,000 bond.
