Darius Ali Jr, 22, a security guard at the Emily Fisher Charter School in Trenton, New Jersey has reportedly been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old male student on school property in June of this year.

Darius has reportedly been arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is alleged that Ali approached the boy in a restroom at the school and caused the boy to perform oral sex upon him. In one report it is stated that the alleged oral sex was “forced” and in another report it is stated that the alleged oral sex was “coerced”.

Ali and the alleged incident came to the attention of authorities when the boy disclosed the alleged sexual assault to a counselor during a therapy session. The counselor notified the state Division of Youth and Family Services, which in turn notified police and school officials.

At an initial court appearance, the judge maintained Ali’s bail at $75,000 cash or bond and ordered Ali not to have any contact with the alleged victim or other children.

Tracy Sullins, 49, a former security guard at Hale High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been sentenced to 17 years in prison to be followed by three years probation for molesting a girl he met at the school.

In April, Sullins, without benefit of a plea deal with prosecutors, pleaded no contest to one count of lewd molestation.

Sullins was reportedly the lead security guard at Hale High School between 2004 and 2005 and worked as a substitute guard for different Tulsa schools on occasion in 2006.

The victim told investigators that she was 14 when Sullins began paying her to watch him masturbate on a web camera and to have lunch with him. She also told investigators that when she was 15 he paid her to masturbate him in his truck which at the time was parked in front of her home.

Sullins was not an employee of the school system but rather the employee of a private firm contracted with the school system for security services.

Sullins came to the attention of authorities by way of an internet sting operation conducted by law enforcement in Missouri in 2007. During the course of that investigation, officers identified the victim in this case along with several other young girls with whom Sullins allegedly communicated with online.

Todd J. Pierce, 43, a former Pinellas County, Florida Sheriff’s deputy who worked as a school resource officer at Osceola High School in Seminole, Florida has been sentenced to 10 years in prison to be followed by 5 years of sex offender probation for the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old female student in 2001.

On March 18th, Pierce was convicted on March 18 on felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery and lewd and lascivious molestation and faced a maximum sentence of up to 30 years in prison.

At his sentencing hearing, Pierce pleaded with Pinellas Circuit Judge R. Timothy Peters to hand down the least severe punishment possible. Pierce said that a long prison term would make victims of his own family.

Pierce was accused of molesting the girl on multiple occasions on Osceola High School grounds between August 22 and September 27, 2001. Pierce also was alleged to have sexually assaulted the same girl in her home on September 21, 2001.

Pierce was arrested in January, 2006 after a tip to police in December 2005 led to an investigation of the allegations against him.
