Jason T. Krockenberger, 36, a former earth science teacher at Pike High School in Indianapolis, Indiana has reportedly been charged by federal authorities with possession of child pornography.

The federal charges filed Wednesday allege that on June 10, 2009, Krockenberger possessed video files of girls engaged in sex.

Krockenberger came to the attention of authorities in June when he reportedly took his computer into The Computer Shop in Brownsburg, Indiana to get rid of a virus.

It is alleged that a store employee discovered child pornography videos on Krockenberger’s computer and reported him to the Brownsburg Police Department on June 18th.

It is also alleged that Brownsburg detectives, along with members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, completed a forensics preview examination and discovered numerous child pornography videos and images.

It is further alleged that Krockenberger admitted to detectives that he was in possession of child pornography videos on his home computer and his laptop computer and that he would take his laptop with him to the school and view them there.

Following his arrest in local police in June, Krockenberger was booked into the Hendricks County Jail on 16 child pornography counts and subsequently released on $5,000 bond.

Krockenberger faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of the federal charges. The original state charges carry a maximum of a year and a half in prison and a $10,000 fine on each count.

Robert Louis Rosseau, 37, reportedly an eighth-grade science and information technology teacher at Christian Academy of San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas has been arrested on allegations of sexually assaulting of two teenage girls.

Rosseau is reportedly charged with sexual assault of a child, with bond set in the amount of $100,000.

The arrest warrant affidavit indicates that a female student who attends another school told police that she was asked by two other girls to join Rosseau’s secret society, referred to as the “order” which was based on the occult, magic, freemasonry and Christianity.

The affidavit further indicates that the girl was told by the pair that to be a member of the society, she would have to be ‘intimate’ with the director, identified as Rosseau, in order to establish trust.

Reportedly, the girl was allegedly being pressured to have sex with Rosseau because he was “receiving pressure from his superiors to have her submit to him” and she went to police. After police were told the girl had been in contact with Rosseau through computer chat room emails, police obtained permission from the girl’s family to collect her home computer.

The two alleged victims initially denied any sexual contact with Rosseau, however one of the girls allegedly told her parents that she had been engaged in a sexual relationship with Rosseau for 10 months and told investigators that the friend who had recruited her had been having sex with Rosseau since 2007.

Reportedly, Rosseau is no longer employed by the school and remains jailed in lieu of bond.

Shebana Rajput, 35, a former science teacher at Jones Senior High School in Trenton, North Carolina has been arrested on allegations that she sexually assaulted a 17-year-old male student.

Rajput is charged with 8 counts of sexual activity with a student and one count of sex offense with a student on allegations of nine separate incidents of sexual activity between Rajput and the student at Rajput’s home in Lenoir County.

It is alleged that the sexual activity between Rajput and the student took place between March and May of this year.

Following her arrest and initial court appearance Rajput is being held in lieu of $100,000 secured bond.

06/12/08 – Rajput Resigned Last Month

An attorney for the Jones County Board of Education has said that Shebana Rajput was suspended in May and resigned from the school system on May 21st.

09/02/09 – No Contest Plea

On Tuesday, Shebana Rajput pleaded no contest to charges that accused her of having sex with one of her students.

Sentencing is set for September 28th.

10/27/09 – Sentencing

Reportedly, Shebana Rajput has been sentenced to 45 days in the Department of Corrections, 10-12 months probation, which was suspended to 36 months probation and fined $10,000.

Rajput will also reportedly be required to register as a sex offender and is prohibited any contact with the victim.

On Monday, the victim and his parents filed a federal lawsuit against the school system and Rajput claiming that the Jones County school system was negligent for allowing the sexual relationship to happen and that the boy suffered severe physical, mental and emotional trauma after being “sexually exploited, assaulted and abused” by Shebana Rajput.
