It is further alleged that the girl told police that four days later that Rogers tried to access her cell phone and grabbed her buttocks when she tried to retrieve it.
Reportedly the initial allegations against Rogers came to the school district police who referred the allegation to the Tulsa Police department on the belief that the alleged incident did not occur on school grounds.

Rogers, who worked for the school system as a part-time coaching assistant is no longer working for the school.
