Stephanie Diane Harris, 27, a former teacher at Marble City Schools in Marble City, Oklahoma has been arrested on allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old male student.
The alleged victim has told investigators that Harris began text messaging him during the month of June. The boy says that on June 24th Harris text messaged the boy, asking him if he would have sex with her. The boy reportedly agreed and began walking down the road. It is alleged that Harris picked him up and took him to her residence where it is alleged they had sex. Allegedly after the sexual encounter Harris took the boy back to Marble City and let him out of the vehicle to walk home.
It is further alleged that between June and August, Harris sent the boy five photographs of herself in a text message. Allegedly the photos were of Harris’ vaginal area, her nude breasts, and one of her breasts while wearing a bra or bathing suit top. Additionally it is alleged that Harris sent the boy text messages which were sexual in nature.
Reportedly Harris asked the boy to send photographs of his genitals, which he has told investigators that he did.
Court records indicate that Harris has been charged with first-degree rape and three counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology.
Stacey Brewer

Stacey Ray Brewer, 37, a social studies teacher, girls’ basketball coach and bus driver at Coyle High School in Coyle, Oklahoma has reportedly been arrested and charged on allegations that he exposed himself to a female student.
Reportedly, Brewer is charged with one felony count of indecent exposure.
It is alleged that Brewer was driving the bus the alleged victim rode to school and that Brewer asked her to stay on the bus and offered her his phone number. It is further alleged that Brewer expose himself to girl, who reportedly turned away and left the bus.
Brewer came to the attention of authorities when the alleged victim came forward with her allegations.
Reportedly, Brewer has been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending the outcome of the investigation.
Following his arrest, bond for Brewer was set in the amount of $10,000 and Brewer has been released on bond. While on bond, Brewer is to have no contact with the alleged victim.
Brewer has pleaded not guilty to the charge and has a preliminary hearing set for February 25th.
Shelly Christine Fry, 35,a former special education teacher at Hominy High School in Hominy, Oklahoma has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having sex with an 18-year-old male student in her special needs class.
Reportedly, Fry surrendered to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon on a probable cause affidavit alleging the crime of second degree rape.
It is alleged that Fry and the student engaged in consensual sex at Fry’s home last September.
Allegedly the student told investigators that Fry invited him over to her home after he told her he needed to get antifreeze for his car. The student alleges that after watching a movie in the living room they went to her bedroom for sex.
According to the arrest affidavit, Fry’s husband confronted the student over the phone after allegedly discovering text messages between Shelly Fry and student. The student told investigators that he ended their relationship following that confrontation.
Fry, who had been with the school district since 2000, reportedly resigned last October.
Following her arrest and booking, Fry made an appearance in Osage County court and was subsequently released from jail on $10,000 bail.
Fry’s next court date is set for August 27th.
Court records indicate that Shelly Fry’s husband filed for divorce on July 2nd.

Robert Roland Yerton Jr., 41, assistant principal at Skelly Elementary School in Tulsa, Oklahoma has reportedly been arrested on allegations of sexually abusing two children.
Reportedly, Yerton is initially charged with three felony counts, one count of lewd molestation of a minor and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor.
According to Officer Jason Willingham of the Tulsa Police Department there are two alleged victims in the case. There would have been three victims listed, however the statute of limitations had run out on allegations involving a third alleged victim.
Yerton came to the attention of Tulsa Police earlier with a report that a 6-year-old male student was molested at the school. Investigators say the 6-year-old boy told police Yerton put his hand inside the boy’s pants and touched his genitals.
Prosecutors say the abuse of the other alleged victim occurred over a period of six years at Yerton’s home.
Police served search warrants at Yerton’s residence and at the school.
At the residence, police took compact discs, videotapes, a laptop and other computer equipment, as well as a videotape case for the movie “Drumline” containing two used condoms.

Jonathan “Jon” Freeman, 28, a former coach and teacher at three high schools in Oklahoma has been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of a female former student at McAlester High School in McAlester, Oklahoma in 2008.
Reportedly, Freeman is charged in Pittsburg County with three counts of rape and one count of sodomy.
An 18-year-old former student at McAlester High School told police she had sex with Freeman on at least four occasions over a two-month period beginning in March 2008.
Investigators say that the woman said each of the encounters took place inside a vehicle owned by McAlester Public Schools.
A year after the alleged incidents in McAlester, Freeman moved on to Southmoore High School, where he was an assistant football coach.
The following year he was head coach at Hinton High School.

Curt Edward Carson, 49, a special education teacher at the Union Schools 6th and 7th Grade Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma has reportedly been arrested on allegations he molested a 13-year-old boy he mentored while in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Oklahoma in 2002 and 2003.
Reportedly, Carson was arrested this morning at a Tulsa coffee shop after detectives set up a phone sting with Carson and the alleged victim who is now an adult.
Carson was booked on a complaint of lewd molestation of a minor under age 16.
Sex Crimes detectives alleged that between 2002 and 2003 Carson molested his “lil brother” ten to fifteen times in Carson’s home.
Reportedly, Union Public Schools has suspended Carson with pay.
Following his arrest, Carson was held being held in the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
