Not Guilty

(09/09/07 – Initial BBT Report)

Guy Bubba Nall, 39, an assistant football coach as Enterprise High School, in Enterprise, Alabama and a former teacher at Trenton High School, in Trenton, Florida and at Chiefland High School, in Chiefland, Florida has been arrested on multiple child sex charges.

Nall was arrested Friday and was being held in the Levy County, Florida jail on a $175,000 bond.

Reportedly Nall worked at Trenton High School from 1998 until 2003, at Chiefland High School from 2003 to 2005 and at Enterprise High School from 2005 to the present.

Reportedly Nall has been placed on paid administrative by the Enterprise school system and has been released from jail on $175,000 bail.

The charges for which Nall was arrested are alleged to have occurred in Levy County between 2000 and 2006. Investigators do not believe that any of the alleged crimes took place at the school but are requesting any child that had an improper encounter with Nall to contact Levy County Investigator Lauree Allen at 352-486-5111 Extension: 303.

Update 10/04/07:

According to a report in the “Chiefland Citizen”, Guy Bubba Nall was arrested for incest in Enterprise, Alabama on September 25, according to Enterprise Police Department spokesman Capt. Mike Lolley.

Reportedly, bond was set at $15,000 and Nall was released on bond within a day.

Update 11/02/07:

On October 23, Guy Bubba Nall was indicted by a Coffee County grand jury on seven counts of incest.

Nall turned himself in a week later on October 30, and bonded out of jail on $15,000 per-count shortly thereafter.

The same victim who filed charges against Nall in Coffee County, Alabama also filed charges against him in Levy County, Florida.

The victim told Enterprise police that she and Nall engaged in sexual intercourse while she was visiting him in December 2006.

05/30/09 – Not Guilty In Florida

A Levy County, Florida jury found Bubba Nall not guilty on all charges Friday.

Nall still faces trial on similar charges, alleging the same victim, in Coffee County, Alabama.

That trial is expected to take place later this year.

09/11/09 – All Charges Dismissed in Alabama

All charges against Bubba Nall in Coffee County, Alabama have been dismissed.

Circuit Judge Jeff Kelley dismissed the charges on the recommendation of District Attorney Gary McAliley, who told the judge there was no medical or other evidence that corroborates the allegations.

DA McAliley said that the allegations in both states surfaced after Nall refused to buy his stepdaughter a Cadillac Escalade that she wanted.

Not Guilty

Michael R. Reagan, 41, the baseball coach at Har-Ber High School, in Springdale, Arkansas has been arrested on allegations of the rape of two teenage boys.

Reagan turned himself in to police Tuesday on two rape counts.

Reagan is alleged to have sexually molested two boys, ages 14 and 13, between fall 2007 and April 2008. Neither of the boys live in Springdale, and police said the boys did not attend Har-Ber High School.

KFSM TV reported that one of the boys tested positive for a strain of herpes and that police obtained a search warrant that allowed them to test Reagan’s blood. The station reported that Reagan tested positive for the same strain of the sexually transmitted disease.

After being booked on suspicion of two counts of rape, Reagan was released on $20,000 bond.

He has been suspended by the school.

05/27/09 – Trial Postponed

The trial of Michael R. Reagan on four counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, which was scheduled to start yesterday, has been postponed to September 1st.

Reagan reportedly remains free on $20,000 bond.

09/04/09 – Jury Finds Michael Reagan Not Guilty

The trial of Michael Reagan has concluded with the jury finding him not guilty on all counts.

Reportedly, Reagan said he will next try to pick up the pieces of his life, having lost his job and his family business.

4029tv.com quoted Michael Reagan as saying:

To be honest I have a bad taste in my mouth right now for the whole teaching and coaching things, because this can happen literally to anyone.

Not Guilty

Armando Gutierrez, 35, a former computer lab instructor at Clinton Elementary School in La Joya, Texas has reportedly been arrested and charged with 10 counts of indecency with a child by contact.

Gutierrez has reportedly been suspended by the school system since May, 2008 when the allegations of improper touching surfaced.

Gutierrez is accused of using candy to lure the first grade girls into alleged molestation sessions.

After the initial allegations surfaced more alleged victims came forward as the investigation progressed.

Police say that the alleged victims are consistent with what they’ve been telling police about being touched on their privates through the outside of their clothes.

Following his arrest, Gutierrez is reportedly being held in lieu of bonds totaling $2.5 million and if convicted could face from 2 to 20 years and up to a $10,000 fine on each count.

08/07/09 – Not Guilty Verdict

A Hidalgo County jury has found Armando Gutierre not guilty on all charges.
