Michael S. Drebes, 37, a math teacher at Memorial High School in Millville, New Jersey has reportedly been arrested on allegations of sexually assaulting two students.

The sexual assaults are alleged to have taken place in Cumberland, Cape May and Camden Counties.
The alleged victims are described as a 14-year-old and a now 16-year-old former student.
It is alleged that Drebes had sexual intercourse with two juvenile females in a hotel room in Cape May during the Memorial Day Weekend and traveling with the juveniles from Cumberland County.
It is further alleged that Drebes also had an on-going sexual relationship with one of the juvenile females that spanned over four months
In Cumberland County, Drebes is charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree official misconduct.
In Cape May County, Drebes is reportedly charged with first-degree aggravated assault upon a minor less than 16 years old, and second-degree charges of endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault.
The investigation is ongoing and reportedly charges are pending in Camden County.

09/07/09 – Grand Jury Indictment
Michael Drebes was indicted last week by a Superior Court grand jury in Cumberland County on four counts of first-degree sexual assault, four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree official misconduct, second-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree child abuse.
The indictment allegations he carried on sexual relationships with two female students and further alleges that Drebes took both the 15-year-old victim and another student on a trip to Cape May and had sexual relations with both girls over the Memorial Day weekend.
Drebes remains held at Cumberland County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
11/20/09 – Another Grand Jury Indictment
A Cumberland County grand jury has reportedly indicted Michael Drebes on additional charges of witness tampering, computer theft, criminal contempt and conspiracy.
In addition, the grand jury also indicted two of Drebes’ relatives on charges of witness tampering and conspiracy with one of the two relatives also indicted on the computer theft charge.
The new indictment alleges the three Drebes’ “knowingly engaged in conduct which a reasonable person would believe would cause a witness to testify falsely.”
