Darrold Wayne Frisbie Jr., 36, a Quincy University student who is also a student teacher at Adams Elementary School in Quincy, Illinois has reportedly been arrested on allegations of inappropriate conduct with a 16-year-old boy.
Reportedly, Frisbie was arrested early Monday and jailed in Adams County on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A police spokesperson has indicated that an investigation began Sunday when the alleged victim complained. It is also alleged that Frisbie gave prescription pain medication to juveniles.
Police served a search warrant at Frisbie’s residence and say that they recovered a small amount of a controlled substance and numerous drug paraphernalia items.
A spokesperson for the school district has indicated that Frisbie will no longer be teaching at the school.
05/05/10 – Preliminary Hearing Delayed
A change of judge has forced a delay in the preliminary hearing for Darrold Frisbie.
The preliminary hearing is now set for May 12th.
Reportedly, Frisbie remains free on bond.

Glen Donell Jones, 45, identified as a former track coach at Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, Maryland has reportedly been arrested and charged on allegations of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy.
Reportedly, Jones is charged with second-degree assault and a fourth-degree sex offense.
According to the Prince George’s County Police Department, it is alleged that on June 25, 2010 at approximately 7:15 p.m., the 16 year-old victim was sexually assaulted when he went to Jones’s to home to get information about an assignment at Northwestern High School.
It is further alleged that Jones invited the alleged victim into his apartment and began to touch him inappropriately.
Following his arrest, Jones was reportedly held on $200,000 bond, which was subsequently set at $100,000.

Lee Tibbetts, 33, a math teacher at John Marshall Community High School in Indianapolis, Indiana has reportedly been arrested on allegations of child molestation in a case alleging two male students as victims.
Reportedly, Tibbetts was arrested on five counts of child molestation and one count of child solicitation involving a second student.
It is alleged that a 13-year-old boy told police that he was repeatedly molested by Tibbetts in classrooms at the school and that the teacher threatened to flunk him if he ever told anyone.
A second boy claims that he was solicited for sex by Tibbetts.
Investigators are also looking into how the situation was handled by a female teacher when the 13-year-old allegedly told her about the alleged sexual abuse back in March and how a school administrator allegedly scorned Tibbetts after finding him and the boy in a locked classroom, but never suspected misconduct.
Tibbetts came to the attention of police by way of a tip on May 21st.
Tibbetts arrest came after three weeks of investigation and detectives believe there is a possibility of other victims coming forward.
Tristan Russell, 28, a teacher at Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina has reportedly been arrested on allegations of molesting an 11-year-old boy.
Reportedly, Russell is charged with felony counts of indecent liberties with a child and first-degree sex offense with a victim under 13.
Reportedly, the sexual assaults did not occur on school grounds and the alleged victim was not a student at the school.
Police allege the sexual assaults happened at the boy’s south Charlotte home over a two-year period while Russell was a regular babysitter for the boy and his siblings.
Following his arrest, Russell was reportedly being held in the Mecklenburg County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
Reportedly, Russell, who has been with the school for two years, has been placed on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

Robert A. “Pete” Peterson, 65, a former middle school social studies teacher at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., has reportedly been arrested and charged on allegations of the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old male student.
Reportedly, Peterson is charged with sex abuse of a minor and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense.
It is alleged that Peterson befriended a male Sidwell student and repeatedly invited him to his Silver Spring home. It is further alleged that Peterson showed the student pornography and touched him inappropriately
Following his arrest, Peterson was released on $250,000 bond.
Reportedly, Peterson has been on administrative leave since shortly before the beginning of the 2009-10 school year.
News reports indicate that Sidwell Friends School, attended by President Obama’s daughters, fired Peterson on January 14th, the same day that charges were officially filed against Peterson. Reportedly, a White House spokesperson has declined to comment on the case.
Peterson also faces charges on the Eastern Shore, where he was the director of Camp Corsica, the school’s summer camp. The charges in Queen Anne’s County stem from an incident last summer. It’s not known whether the victim is the same boy.
08/12/10 – Guilty Plea
Reportedly, Robert A. “Pete” Peterson has pleaded guilty to one count of child sex abuse.
According to Peterson’s attorney, Peterson will be required to register as a sex offender and abide by other conditions. However, with the approval of the state and the victim’s family no jail time will be imposed.

Robert Reinhardt, 44, the former Dean of Students at The Gunnery in Washington, Connecticut has reportedly been arrested on allegations of the sexual assault of three victims, at least one of whom is a male student.
Reinhardt is reportedly charged with various counts, including second-degree sexual assault, one count of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
At his arraignment this morning bond for Reinhardt was reportedly set in the amount of $750,000 and he was subsequently released on bond.
Reinhardt came to the attention of authorities in June when a student told his mother that a teacher brought him to the teacher’s room and touched him inappropriately. The mother called state police who obtained two warrants to search the teacher’s dormitory and sent evidence to the state forensics laboratory for testing. Over the course of their investigation, state police reportedly found three victims, two of whom are under 16 years of age.
When asked, Reinhardt said he had no comment about the allegations and his attorney, William Dow, said the claims are all false.
A spokesperson for The Gunnery said Reinhardt no longer works at the private college prep school.
