Stanley William Deloach, Jr., 48, a former teacher at Forest Middle School, in Bedford County, Virginia has been arrested on charges of possession of sexually explicit items involving children and use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.

Deloach was allegedly caught up in an internet sex sting operated by Virginia State Police.

Deloach is being held without bond and police are asking for anyone with information on him to contact them at 434-534-9521.

Update 7/17/07:

New information has come available from the search warrant for Stanley DeLoach’s home.

Update 9/12/07:

Stanley William Deloach Jr. has waved his right to a preliminary hearing.

His case will now go before a grand jury on October 15. The grand jury will then decide if it is a true bill or not. A true bill means Deloach will proceed to trial, no true bill means he will be freed.

05/07/08 - Guilty Plea

Stanley Deloach today pleaded guilty to 12 felony child pornography charges.

He faces a maximum sentence of 110 years in prison if the maximum penalty is imposed on all the charges.

Sentencing is set for August 5th.

11/04/08 - Sentencing

Stanley William Deloach Jr. has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Following his prison sentence Deloach will reportedly be on supervised probation for three years and regular probation for an additional 17 years.

Deloach will be required to register as a sex offender.

Samuel Hossin, 61, a former Chicago Public Schools teacher who retired after 30 years in the classroom has been arrested and charged with possession and dissemination of child pornography.

Reportedly, prior to retiring, Hossin worked as a sixth-grade teacher at a school on Chicago’s South Side. At this point in their investigation police do not believe that Hossin had any physical contact with children.

Hossim is currently charged with with one count of aggravated dissemination of child pornography and one count of aggravated possession child pornography and was being held this morning in lieu of $400,000 bond.

Hossin’s next court appearance is scheduled for November 13th.

Hossin faces a maximum of 30 years in prison if convicted.

Michael J. Morrow, 63, a former teacher’s aide at Grand Mesa Middle School in Grand Junction, Colorado has been arrested by special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on charges of possession of child pornography.

According to a press release from the office of the U.S. Attorney for Colorado, ICE agents executed a search warrant at Michael Morrow’s home, after receiving information that an individual using an Internet Protocol (IP) address at Morrow’s residence may be involved with the sexual exploitation of children.

Allegedly a preview examination of Morrow’s hard drive, found numerous image files of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, during the course of the investigation, Morrow stated that he had approximately 13,000 images of child pornography, ranging in age from toddlers to teens.

According to the arrest affidavit, Michael Morrow told federal investigators he had been downloading child porn for years and admitted to viewing and storing the photos on his home computer.

School spokesperson Jeff Kirtland says that Morrow worked as a classified employee with School District 51 starting on October 7th and tendered his resignation Tuesday.

If convicted of possession of child pornography the defendant faces up to 10 years in federal prison, and up to a $250,000 fine.

As of Wednesday, Morrow remained in the Mesa County Jail without bond.

Clyde Imhoff, 49, reportedly a special education-SEI teacher at Mohawk Valley School in Roll, Arizona has been arrested one a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Imhoff was arrested after a search warrant was served as his residence and officers seized a computer and other items.

Reportedly Imhoff came to the attention of Yuma, Arizona authorities when someone reported that he allegedly had child pornography on his computer.

Imhoff’s arrest came after a two week investigation and police say that additional sexual exploitation charges against Imhoff are likely.

Terry Zane, 57, a music teacher in the Fresno Unified School District for eighteen years and who recently taught music at Wolters Elementary School and Lawless Elementary School in Fresno, California has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Reportedly Zane had taken a computer in for repairs and the repair technician allegedly discovered the child pornography. The technician then contacted police who conducted an investigation and took Zane into custody when he came to pick up the computer.

Police also served a search warrant for Zane’s home where they seized another computer and computer disks.

Zane has reportedly been charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography.

He has been placed on administrative leave by the school system.

08/12/08 - First Court Appearance

Terry Zane today made his first court appearance and entered a plea of not guilty to 100 counts of possession of child pornography.

Zane remains jailed in lieu of $250,000 bond and has a pre-preliminary hearing set for August 18th and a preliminary hearing set for August 25th.

10/05/08 - Number of Charges Reduced

Terry Zane, originally facing 100 counts of possession of child pornography saw a judge reduce the charges to a single count of possession of child pornography.

Zane who has pleaded not guilty will be back in court on October 9th.

10/20/08 - Federal Charges

On Thursday, Terry Zane was arrested on federal child pornography charges.

On Friday, the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office on Friday dropped child pornography charges against Zane.

Also on Friday, Zane made an initial appearance in federal court and entered not guilty pleas to charges of distributing or being in receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.

If convicted of the federal charges, Zane could face up to 30 years in prison.

Zane was released on bond following his initial appearance in federal court.
