(10/03/08 - Initial BadBadTeacher.com Report)
Brooke Biggs, 27, a physical education teacher at Grissom Middle School and an assistant girls softball and basketball coach at Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of child seduction.

Biggs came to the attention of authorities in July when the parents of a 16-year-old female softball player contacted police with concerns that she was in an inappropriate relationship with Biggs.
Reportedly the girls parents had forbidden her from talking to Biggs and took away her cell phone. It is alleged that Biggs bought the girl a new cell phone, and the two exchanged thousands of explicit text messages and that the girl’s parents caught her sneaking out to see Biggs.
Biggs was arrested yesterday and released on $2,000 cash bond today.
Reportedly Biggs was placed on administrative leave by the school system on September 4th.
03/31/09 - Brooke Biggs Arrested Again
On Monday, Brooke Biggs was arrested on allegations that she violated a protection order by allegedly meeting with the 16-year-old girl involved in the child seduction case.
Reportedly the girl’s father called police after allegedly seeing them together in a car.
Following her latest arrest, Biggs was reportedly held on $750 bond and has a court date of April 14 on the latest allegation.
04/01/09 - Biggs Released On Bail
In spite of the prosecution filing a motion to revoke Brooke Biggs bond, she was released on bond earlier today.
Biggs is scheduled to be in court April 14th to answer to charges she violated the court’s order not to have contact with the girl.
The court will make a ruling on whether to revoke Biggs’ bond on May 6th.
05/06/09 - Guilty Plea
Brooke Biggs has reportedly pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor and to a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy for contacting the victim, in violation of a court order.
As part of the plea deal, prosecutors agreed to dismiss two counts of child seduction.
Biggs faces up to three years in prison on the sexual misconduct charge and a year on the misdemeanor conviction.
Reportedly, the deal calls for the sentences to be served consecutively.
06/18/09 - Sentencing
Earlier this month, Brooke Biggs was sentenced to a total of 36 months in jail, with all but 60 days of that sentence suspended.
She was also placed on probation for a period of three years and once again ordered to have no contact with the victim.
