Dale Beaver, 49, a science teacher at Peoria High School in Peoria, Illinois has reportedly been indicted on allegations of sexually assaulting four minor relatives.
Reportedly Beaver is charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, aggravated sexual abuse and sexual relations within families.
The alleged sexual abuse is said to have occurred between 2000 and 2010.
Allegedly, Beaver admitted molesting the four minor relatives.
Following his arrest, Beaver was being held in lieu of $500,000 bond and is due back in court on October 6th.
Beaver was reportedly placed on administrative leave without pay on August 24th.

Darrold Wayne Frisbie Jr., 36, a Quincy University student who is also a student teacher at Adams Elementary School in Quincy, Illinois has reportedly been arrested on allegations of inappropriate conduct with a 16-year-old boy.
Reportedly, Frisbie was arrested early Monday and jailed in Adams County on charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A police spokesperson has indicated that an investigation began Sunday when the alleged victim complained. It is also alleged that Frisbie gave prescription pain medication to juveniles.
Police served a search warrant at Frisbie’s residence and say that they recovered a small amount of a controlled substance and numerous drug paraphernalia items.
A spokesperson for the school district has indicated that Frisbie will no longer be teaching at the school.
05/05/10 – Preliminary Hearing Delayed
A change of judge has forced a delay in the preliminary hearing for Darrold Frisbie.
The preliminary hearing is now set for May 12th.
Reportedly, Frisbie remains free on bond.

Matthew H. Lang, 36, band director at Alton High School in Alton, Illinois has reportedly been arrested and charged on allegations of a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female student.
Lang is reportedly charged with two counts each of criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse and following his arrest was held in the Madison County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
Lang came to the attention of the Madison County Sheriff’s Department when that office received information about the alleged incidents on Tuesday.
Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at Lang’s residence and obtained some physical evidence.
Further investigation allegedly revealed that Lang had sex with the student on several occasions at school during normal school hours, and at locations away from school.
A sheriff’s spokesperson says the investigation is continuing and ask that anyone with information to call the Sheriff’s Department at (618) 692-6087.
Mathew Lang became band director at Alton High School following the arrest and conviction of the previous band director, David Drillinger, on allegations involving two female students.
Yuri Ermakov, 25, a former assistant track coach at University Laboratory High School in Urbana, Illinois has been sentenced in absentia to a 12-year prison sentence for engaging in a sex act with a student.
Ermakov was convicted at a jury trial in July on a charge of criminal sexual assault, which alleged a sex act with a 15-year-old girl whom he dated between October 2005 and mid-January 2006 and on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for supplying alcohol to two 16-year-old female University High students in February 2006.
Ermakov was present for his July trial however he fled before the jury returned its verdict.
The FBI states that it believes Ermakov is now in Moscow and with no extradition treaty between the United States and Russia there is little hope of returning him to the U.S. to serve his prison sentence.
10/08/08 – Ermakov Seeks Pardon Without Serving Sentence
Yuri Ermakov has petitioned the Illinois Prisoner Review Board to be pardoned from the 12-year prison sentence he received two years ago and of which he had not served a single day.
Ermakov fled the county to Russia while a jury was deliberating his fate. He was convicted of criminal sexual assault for having sex with a 15-year-old girl, and contributing to the delinquency of a child for supplying alcohol to two 16-year-old girls.
Tamara Holder, an attorney who says she has never met her client, argued his pardon request before a four-member panel of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board yesterday in Chicago.
The review board usually makes their confidential recommendations to the governor within weeks of the hearings.
08/20/10 – Yuri Ermakov Captured At O’Hare Airport
Reportedly, Yuri Ermakov was captured on Wednesday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at O’Hare Airport in Chicago.
Federal agents apprehended Ermakov when he arrived on a flight from France. He was subsequently turned over to the FBI and University of Illinois police in Champaign.
Steve Richards, the attorney representing Yuri Ermakov, 28, filed a petition on Thursday morning asking that Ermakov’s two convictions be vacated and that he be granted a new trial.

Wesley “Wes” Owens, 52, a teacher at Antioch Upper Grade School in Antioch, Illinois has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having an “inappropriate relationship” with a female former student.
According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Owens was charged today with two counts of criminal sexual assault.
It is alleged that the improper relationsip had occurred several years ago when the girl was 15 years of age and that the alleged victim had been sexually abused by Owen starting in 1997.
Reportedly, Owens came to the attention of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office by way of Wheaton police who received a tip regarding the alleged relationship between Owens and the former student.
Investigators contacted the victim, who now lives in Massachusetts, and she acknowledged that a relationship between Owens and herself had taken place. Sheriff investigators then flew the alleged victim to Lake County to take her sworn statement after which they arrested and charged Owens.
Following his arrest, Owens was being held in the Lake County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Kelly Dale Ebmeyer, 41, a former business teacher at Odin High School in Odin, Illinois has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having sex with a 15-year-old female student.
Reportedly, Ebmeyer was arrested on three counts of criminal sexual assault.
It is alleged that Ebmeyer had consensual sex with the girl on three occassions in the past two months, twice in a highway rest area and once in a vehicle alongside the road in rural Odin.
Ebmeyer came to the attention of authorities after the mother of the girl found text messages on her daughters phone about a pregnancy scare.
Investigators with the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and State’s Attorney Matt Wilzbach says text messages found on a cell phone by the girl’s mother implicate Ebmeyer.
WJBD Radio reports that Wilzbach stated:
Upon finding the cell phone, she looked at the text messages and there were recent messages that clearly indicated there was a pregnancy scare with the 15-year-old. The individual on the other end, which we believe we will be able to prove to be Mr. Ebmeyer, was acknowledging that it would be his if she was pregnant, there was conversation that they loved each other and making plans to get together once she was of age.
