(02/08/10 – Initial BadBadTeacher.com Report)
Dawn Marie Schwartzengraber, 37, a government/economics, history and psychology teacher at Camden-Frontier High School in Camden, Michigan has reportedly been arrested on allegations of a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male student.
Reportedly, Schwartzengraber was arrested on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Schwartzengraber came to the attention of Michigan State Police by way of a complaint from the parents of the alleged victim, although the complaint was reportedly not of a sexual nature.
During the course of the investigation by Michigan State Police, the alleged two-year long sexual relationship was discovered.
It is alleged that the sexual activity took place in Schwartzengraber’s residence and along roadways in both Indiana and Michigan.
Schwartzengraber, a resident of Angola, Indiana, was arrested by Indiana State Police at the request of Michigan State Police and following her arrest was subsequently released on bond.
09/08/10 – Trial Delayed
The trial of Dawn Marie Schwartzengraber, scheduled to start today, has been postponed to November 3rd.
The delay was reportedly due to lack of jurors, owing to a problem with the mail delivery service used by Hillsdale County to notify persons selected for jury duty.

Thomas Calvin Vickers, 42, a history teacher at Moorhead Junior High in Conroe, Texas has reportedly been arrested on allegations of online solicitation of a minor.
Reportedly, Vickers is charged with two counts of enticing a child and one count of promotion of child pornography.
Investigators with the Harris County Precinct 4 High Tech Crime Division and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force allege that Vickers entered into an online chat with an undercover officer, who was posing as a 14-year-old girl.
It is further alleged that Vickers displayed lewd images of himself and solicited the officer for sex. Investigators said Vickers also displayed lewd images of what appeared to be juvenile females to the undercover officer.
David Waldon Paschal, 36, a former history teacher at Elkins High School in Elkins, Arkansas has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having sex with an 18-year-old female student.
Reportedly, Paschal was arrested on four counts of second-degree sexual assault.
It is alleged that the student told investigators she had been having a sexual relationship with Paschal since December of 2009, two months after she began babysitting his kids. The student alleges that Paschal told her not to tell anyone about their relationship or she would get hurt. In May, after having sex with Paschal four or five times, the student went to police for protection.
Police say that Paschal initially denied any sexual relationship. Police also allege that Paschal acknowledged having a close emotional relationship with the girl and to desiring he sexually.
It is also alleged that subsequently Paschal said he and the girl did have a sexual relationship.
Paschal was suspended by the school system on May 5th and the Elkins School Board fired Paschal on May 19th.
Under Arkansas law it’s illegal for a teacher to have sexual contact with any student 20 years-old or younger.
06/04/10 – Case Update
Reportedly, when investigators told Paschal they would be searching his computer and cell phone for evidence linking him to both students Paschal allegedly told authorities they’d probably find some sexually provocative texts between him and a third Elkins High School girl.
Following his arrest, Paschal was being held in the Washington County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Ephraim Aguirre II, 29, a substitute history teacher at McLane High School in the Fresno Unified School District in California has been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of a minor.
Reportedly Aguirre worked at McLane High School during the 2006-2007 school year and may have worked as a student intern and/or a teacher at as many as two other Fresno Unified schools.
Aguirre was arrested on charges of oral copulation with a minor, penetration with a foreign object, and unlawful sex with a minor under the age of 18.
Reportedly police are also looking into hundreds images of child pornography allegedly found on one of Aguirre’s personal computers.
12/02/08 – Aguirre Now Facing Federal Child Porn Charges
Ephraim Aguirre II is now facing federal child pornography allegations after authorities allegedly found more than 2,000 child pornography images on Aguirre’s computer, and said he wrote in chats with his photo-trading partners of a desire to molest and then murder a child.
Aguirre is the second former Lawless Elementary School teacher to be arrested on federal child pornography charges. Terry Zane was indicted in October on one count of possessing child pornography and another count of receiving or distributing child pornography.
04/21/10 – Guilty Plea and Sentencing
Last month, as a result of his guilty plea to federal child pornography charges, Ephraim Aguirre II was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison.
The prison sentence is to be followed by a lifetime on probation.

Samuel Bellows, 24, a computer and history teacher at Harmony Elementary School near Atoka, Oklahoma has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having sex with a female student.
Reportedly, Bellows is charged with lewd molestation and forcible sodomy.
According to a spokesperson for the Atoka County Sheriff’s Office, as deputies investigated the alleged incident, Bellows came to the sheriff’s office and confessed to the alleged crime.
Bellows was reportedly booked into the Atoka County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond but was subsequently released on $50,000 bond.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the alleged victim told investigators that she and Bellows began having conversations on the Internet and that they met several times, including in Bellows’ classroom, where sexual activity occurred.
The alleged incidents are said to have occurred both on and off school grounds between January and June of last year.
A preliminary hearing for Bellows is currently set for May 11th.
The Harmony Elementary School web site lists Bellows as an eight-grade teacher.

Scott A. Neil, 44, a former history teacher and wrestling coach at Basehor-Linwood High School in Basehor, Kansas has reportedly pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful sexual relations with a 16-year-old female student.
The sexual contact between Neil and the victim is said to have occurred between June and December, 2008 and involved multiple incidents including at least one incident at the school.
Neil, who had been with the school since 1996, was suspended with pay in when the investigation began in May, 2009. He was subsequently suspended without pay in August and resigned in October.
Sentencing is set for April 14th.
04/14/10 – Sentencing
Reportedly, Scott A. Neil has been sentenced to spend two days in jail.
In addition, the judge sentenced Neil to probation for one year.
