Jerry L. Foster, 59, a teaching assistant at Laurel Hill, a group home for boys in West Orange County, Florida, has reportedly been arrested on allegations of sending sexually explicit messages to a 15 year old girl via a chat room, email and voice mail.

Foster was arrested at his home and charged with one count each of possessing child pornography and using a computer for a prohibited purpose.

It is alleged that Foster posed as a 20-year-old male and sent the teenage girl sexually explicit messages in a chat room, e-mails and also to her cell phone.

Foster came to the attention of authorities when the girl’s mother informed police that she heard inappropriate voice mails from an older man on her daughter’s cell phone.

During the course of their investigation, detectives found graphic chat room logs Foster wrote to the girl, and set up a sting posing as the girl and communicating with Foster, who allegedly sent more sexual messages via a chat room.

Oviedo police say that when questioned, Foster admitted to the alleged crimes.

Following his arrest Foster was booked into the Seminole County Jail, held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

10/21/09 – Initial Court Appearance

Today, Jerry Foster made an initial court appearance before Seminole County Judge Jerri Collins who held that Foster’s bail should remain $100,000.

Foster remains jailed in lieu of bail.

Danielle Jones, 32, a science teacher at Stambaugh Middle School in Auburndale, Florida has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting four boys in a series of incidents that have been ongoing since the summer of 2007.

Reportedly two of the alleged victims are former students of Jones. The other two are a friend and a cousin of the alleged student victims. They ranged in age between 14 and 16 years old.

It is alleged that Jones contacted the two boys that were former students during the summer of 2007 through their MySpace accounts and told them that she missed them. It is further alleged that Jones arranged to pick them up and bring them to her house, where she had sex with both of them.

It is alleged that Jones had sex with the boys, individually or in combinations including threesomes, on multiple occasions and that on a least one occasion the boys stayed overnight. One alleged victim told detectives Jones had sex with two boys ten times in a single night.

Among items deputies found during a search of Jones bedroom were sex aids including condoms, lubricating jelly and red furry handcuffs.

Reportedly Jones came to the attention of authorities when one of the boys told another teacher about the relationship.

Jones is currently suspended from the school.

Jones has been booked into the Polk County Jail on two counts each of Unlawful Sexual Activity with Minors and Lewd and Lascivious Battery.

06/06/08 – Bail Set

Danielle Jones had an initial court appearance today at which her bail was set at $200,000.

If Jones make bail she is banned from using MySpace and cell phones and must not not have any contact with the victims or the victims’ family.

08/20/09 – Jury Finds Danielle Jones Guilty

A jury on Thursday found Danielle Jones guilty of five counts of lewd battery and three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

All four alleged victims testified during the course of the trial, with one boy telling jurors he slept with Jones on as many as five different occasions. Some of the boys testified that they were present as she had sex with another one of them.

In other testimony, two brothers testified they both got into bed with Jones and took turns having sex with her.

Jones faces a maximum of up to live in prison.

09/25/09 – Sentencing Delayed

Danielle Jones was scheduled for sentencing today, however her sentencing was delayed at the request of her attorney.

The delay was requested in order that a mental health expert could be available to testify on behalf of Hones during her sentencing hearing.

A new sentencing date will be set later.

10/20/09 – Sentencing

Danielle Jones has reportedly been sentenced to 10 years in prison for having sex with four underage boys.

In addition to her prison term, Jones was also sentenced to 15 years of probation.

Noygel Antonio Massop, 41, a former English teacher and boys basketball coach at J.P. Taravella High School in Coral Springs, Florida has been arrested and jailed without bail on five charges of sexual battery for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old female student from about Oct. 1, 2007, to Nov. 4, 2008.

Police arrested Noygel on Dec. 19, a day after he allegedly implicated himself in a recorded telephone conversation police set up with the teen .

Reportedly school officials suspected a sexual relationship between a Massop and the student and questioned both in December, 2007 or January, 2008 and both denied there was a relationship.

According to police the relationship began when the girl was a sophomore.

Reportedly Massop left J.P. Taravella High School prior to his arrest and returned to working at at Coconut Creek High School, where he taught previously. Massop was working at Coconut Creek High School as a full-time substitute at the time of his arrest.

Reportedly in the arrest affidavit it is alleged that Massop and the girl had sex in his locked classroom, in the boys locker room, in a grassy area outside a school building, in his vehicles and at his home.

01/23/09 – Judge Sets Bond and Conditions of Release

A judge has set bail for Noygel Antonio Massop who has been jailed without bond since his arrest on December 19 on five charges of sexual battery.

Massop’s bond amount has been set at $50,000 and conditioned upon Massop wearing a GPS monitor and having no contact with minors or the alleged victim.

09/03/09 – No Contest Plea

Noygel “Tony” Massop has reportedly pleaded no contest to four counts of sexual battery on a victim between the ages of 12 and 17 and one count of attempted sexual battery on a victim older than 12.

Massop had no plea agreement with prosecutors and as a result the judge will decide his sentence.

Under state sentencing guidelines, Massop could face from almost 18 years to 135 years in prison, although the judge could impose a lesser sentence.

Sentencing is set for October 9th.

10/09/09 – Sentencing

Noygel “Tony” Massop has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Under state sentencing guidelines Massop faced between 17 and 135 years in prison. However, Assistant State Attorney Mary Ann Braun did not contest a defense motion to allow the judge to sentence below the guidelines.
