Jessica Percifull, 26, a biology teacher at Northeast High School in Clarksville, Tennessee has been arrested on allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Percifull was arrested Thursday and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.
Reportedly Percifull, in her second year at the school, has been under investigation for some time and according to a school system spokesperson she was placed on administrative leave with pay on November 1.
The initial investigation of the allegations against Percifull was conducted by the Clarksville Police Department which about three weeks ago turned the case over to the Child Advocacy Center.
Following her arrest, Percifull who reportedly is married with a son, was released from the Montgomery County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Initial reports do not provide the age or gender of the alleged victim.
01/15/09 – Arraignment
Jessica Percifull has been arraigned on one count of exploitation of a minor.
Her next court date is April 7th.
09/22/09 – Plea Deal and Sentencing
In a plea deal with prosecutors, Jessica Percifull has reportedly pleaded guilty to two counts of exhibiting harmful material to a minor.
Percifull was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days on each charge with the sentences to run back-to-back and on judicial diversion.
While on judicial diversion, Percifull will be required to report to probation.
In addition, Percifull is prohibited working as a teacher, cannot be around minors except her own children and is to have no contact with the victim.
Percifull reportedly will not be required to register as a sex offender and if she completes judicial diversion successfully she may have her record expunged.
