Tracey pace, 33, a former a culinary arts teacher at Bluffton High School in Bluffton, Indiana has reported pleaded guilty to one count of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor and one count of Dissemination of Material Harmful to a Minor.
The felony offenses occurred back in 2007, before Pace was a teacher at the Bluffton High School.
The charges to which Pace pleaded guilty allegedly involved deviate sexual conduct with a child between the ages of 14 and 16-years-old.
It was also alleged that Pace knowingly dispersed matter with pornographic photographs harmful to minors.
As a result of her plea, Pace will be sentenced to four years in prison, with two years suspended to be followed by four years of probation.
08/16/10 – Sentencing
Reportedly, Tracey Pace has been sentenced to four years in prison, with two years suspended on the Sexual Misconduct with a Minor charge.
She was sentenced to one year on the Dissemination of Material Harmful to a Minor charge.
The sentences are to run concurrently. Once her sentences are completed, Pace will be on probation for four years.

Kari Huggins Campbell, 27, a former physical education teacher at Lake City High School in Lake City, South Carolina has reportedly been arrested on allegations she had a months-long sexual relationship with a student under the age of 16.
Reportedly, Campbell was arrested Thursday morning and is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and lewd act on a minor.
According to a press release by the school district, district officials began an investigation after school administrators began hearing concerns about text messages between the teacher and the student.
Reportedly, the district notified law enforcement after a teacher allegedly admitted Wednesday to the relationship. Campbell was reportedly fired by Florence School District 3 on Wednesday.
Campbell was released Thursday afternoon from the Florence County Detention Center in Effingham on a $15,000 surety bond.
06/18/10 – Kari Campbell Jailed On Alleged Bond Violation
Reportedly, Kari Huggins Campbell has been jailed for allegedly violating the “no contact” condition of her bond.
It was alleged that telephone records demonstrate Campbell has repeatedly violated the “no contact” provision of her bond by calling the victim and other students, both directly and through others.
Kelly L. Covic, 35, a math and language arts teacher at Edwards Middle School in Brunswick, Ohio has reportedly been charged on allegations she had sexual contact with two students between May 1 and June 30, 2009.
Reportedly, Covic was indicted on three felony counts of sexual misconduct alleging student victims and two misdemeanor counts of child endangering charges related to her own children, ages 2 and 3, with the latter charges not alleging sexual misconduct.
Covic is free on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
Reportedly a school system spokesperson has indicated that Covic has been at the school since 2003 and that since formal charges have been brought against Covic, the District will finalize
its investigation and proceed to address employment issues.

Kristen M. Marginean, 28, a teacher at Hope Academy in Canton, Ohio has reportedly been indicted by a Stark County grand jury on allegations that she fondled a student.
Reportedly, Marginean was indicted on one third-degree felony count of gross sexual imposition.
It is alleged that Marginean engaged in a “continuous course of conduct” during the 2008-09 school year, fonding the child who was reportedly 8 and 9 years old at the time.
Marginean pleaded not guilty at her arraignment on Friday and is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing today.
Marginean’s status with the school is unknown at this time.

Amy Rita Ellsworth, 37, a former special education non-instructional aide at Waterford Mott High School in Waterford, Michigan has reportedly been arrested and charged on allegations that she had sexual relations with three students on and off campus.
Reportedly, Ellsworth is charged with four counts of first degree criminal sexual assault and two counts of third degree criminal sexual assault for alleged offenses with students between October 2008 and September 2009.
Ellsworth was arraigned on the charges on Thursday and was subsequently released on $25,000 bond.
Reportedly, Ellsworth is no longer working at the school.
Ellsworth is due back in court Tuesday for a pre-exam conference.
04/26/10 – No Contest Plea and Sentencing
Amy Ellsworth, who last month pleaded no contest to four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a student, has been sentenced.
Earlier this month Oakland Circuit Judge Michael Warren sentenced Ellsworth to an intermediate prison term of from 62 months to 30 years.
Reportedly, once released from prison Ellsworth will be required to wear an electronic tether.

Craig M. Linnon, 49, a trades teacher and Angela R. Linnon, 44, a school nurse, both of whom work at Hanover Center for Trades and Technology in Mechanicsville, Virginia have reportedly been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of four minors.
The alleged crimes with which the man and wife are charged are said to have occurred both at the school and at their residence.
Craig Linnon is charged with using a communication device for purpose of soliciting with lascivious intent and committing indecent liberties with a child with the alleged crimes committed at the school.
Anglea Linnon is charged with committing indecent liberties with a child and “crimes against nature” with the alleged crimes committed on school property.
