Jennifer D. Bollinger, 25, a former preschool teacher in Blades, Maryland and most recently a daycare manger at an exercise facility in Seaford, has been arrested on allegations of the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old boy.

Bollinger is reportedly charged with six counts of fourth-degree rape for allegedly having numerous sexual encounters with the boy at her apartment during June and July, 2008.

Police say that Bollinger met the boy through mutual acquaintances and would pick him and two of his friends, boys ages 13 and 14, up and drive them to her apartment where Bollinger allegedly had numerous sexual encounters with the boy, some while his friends also were in the apartment.

Bollinger came to the attention of authorities after the boy’s mother discovered her son was allegedly involved with Bollinger.

Following her arrest, Bollinger was arraigned and reportedly was being held by the Department of Correction in lieu of $12,000 secured bail.

Bollinger is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in the Court of Common Pleas of Sussex County on March 19.

Robert Wayne Fort, 59, of the Townewest community in Fort Bend County, Texas and a former teacher for Alief Independent School District, who has been involved in the Boy Scouts and a youth ministry, has been arrested for sexually assaulting children.

Robert Fort, who is also known as Robin, was taken into custody at First Colony Mall after an arrest warrant was issued for him in late December. Reportedly Fort was working as a department store floor manager at the time of his arrest.

Currently Fort is facing two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and four counts of indecency with a child for allegedly exposing himself.

Detectives said Fort and his wife provided babysitting services for children, in their Townewest home.

Fort came to the attention of authorities after two children in his care reportedly accused him of molesting them.

Fort allegedly confessed to Sheriff’s detectives during their investigation of the sexual assault case and a warrant was issued for his arrest on Dec. 23

Since his arrest, Fort has been in custody at the Fort Bend County Jail in lieu of $300,000 bail.

A spokeswoman for the Alief district, said Fort was a teacher in that southwest Houston school system from 2000 to 2005 and that he quit to accept another job in Fort Bend County.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office says that Robert Fort may have assaulted other victims, and detectives are asking those victims to come forward.

Garrett Wayne Ammon, 30, of Rancho Cucamonga, California and a teacher at the Scheu Family YMCA of Upland has agreed to plead guilty to one count of felony child molestation.

Ammon was arrested in December on two felony charges of committing a lewd act on a child under 14 years old. One count will be dismissed as part of Ammon’s plea agreement.

A 4-year-old boy told police that Ammon touched him inappropriately in the school’s bathroom and in the classroom as well. The boy also told investigators that Ammon molested other kids in his class.

When he was arrested Ammon told police he abused the boy on at least seven different occasions. Police say that the molestations occurred between September 1 and December 11, 2008.

Under the terms of the plea agreement, Ammon will be sentenced to three years in state prison when he appears in court for formal sentencing on February 10th.

Ammon will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
