Brett Kyser, 33, an automotive teacher at Erie 1 BOCES, in West Seneca, New York has been arrested and charged with ten counts of forcible touching and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in a case alleging three minors as victims.

All offenses with which Kyser is charged are reportedly Class A misdemeanors.
Reportedly, complaints regarding Kyser were lodged with the school in May at which time Kyser was placed on leave, however parents were not notified until late July.
The news media learned of the case thanks to a tip from a parent.
Few additional details are available.
Kyser is the second West Seneca, New York teacher arrested recently. Last week Anthony Harper, a French teacher at West Seneca East Middle School, was accused of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy.
2/24/08 – Plea Deal
Brett Kyser, charged with 10-counts of forcible touching after being accused of groping three female students has entered a plea deal with prosecutors in which he pleaded guilty to two counts of endangering the eelfare of a child.
As part of the plea deal Kyser will surrender his New York State Teaching Certificate.
Sentencing is set for May 13th.
