Carlos Valencia

Carlos Hector Valencia, 42, a substitute Spanish teacher at Westfield High School in Houston, Texas has been arrested and jailed after being accused of an improper relationship with an 18-year-old student.

Reportedly Valencia admitted twice engaging in sexual contact with a student in a barn on the campus of Westfield High School.

The alleged victim told police that Valencia told her she was “sexy” and “hot”. She also told police that during November Valencia groped her in the barn on the school campus.

Valencia came to the attention of authorities by way of an anonymous tip from a student to school officials.

04/03/08 – Plea Deal

Carlos Valencia in a plea deal with prosecutors has admitted to improperly touching a female student.

In exchange for the plea, Valencia will serve five years deferred adjudication. If Valencia successfully completes his probation term all charges will be dismissed.
