Candra Dee Payton, 32, a former reading teacher at Seagraves Junior High School in Seagraves, Texas has reportedly pleaded guilty to a charge of an improper relationship with a student.

In March of 2007 Payton was indicted on allegations of a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old male 9th-grade student.
Payton was indicted on charges of sexual assault, indecency with a child, improper relationship with a studen and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, for a total of 14 counts.
As a result of her plea, Payton was sentenced to ten years of community supervision, 400 hours of community service and a $10 thousand dollar fine plus court costs.
Reportedly Payton will never be allowed to teach again but under the terms of the plea deal she will not be required to register as a sex offender.

WHAT?????? She doesn’t even have to register as a sex offender??????
She absolutely got away with it. Does anyone know if she is still seeing this kid?
Assault YES!
She was the adult in a position of authority and took advantage of this CHILD!
Bet the Texas Rangers were happy with this judgement, after the hard work they put in on this case…

Well she get what she deserves nasty looking thing she is, She even gets her kids back, and does not have to reg as a sex perv come on now.

Nico, if you don’t think a 32 year old adult having sex with a 9th grader is “sexual assault” then I can only hope and pray you don’t have kids of your own.
