Bryan Joseph Kung

Bryan Joseph Kung, 22, a social studies teacher and coach at Heritage Middle School in San Antonio, Texas has reportedly been arrested and jailed on charges alleging a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female student.

Kung is facing charges of an improper relationship between an educator and student, sexual assault of a child and possession and promotion of child pornography.

It is alleged that the girl’s mother discovered nude photos of Kung on her daughter’s cell phone. It is further alleged that the girl’s mother later found a letter from Kung to the girl along with numerous text messages that implied an ongoing relationship between Kung and the student.

Investigators allege that Kung gave them permission to search his cell phone and that they found two videos of Kung sexually assaulting the alleged victim.

It is alleged that during an interview with investigators that Kung admitted the sexual assaults and that they took place at his home and that he admitted sending nude photos of himself to the girl via cell phone.

01/11/09 – Bryan Kung Free On Bond

According to a report from KSAT TV, Bryan Kung was released from jail on a $95,000 bond Sunday.

Reportedly, a station reporter went to Kung’s apartment Sunday, but no one answered.

    everybody is looking at this the wrong way… and i am gonna speak my mind even if its too late. everyone wants too look at bryan kung like it was his fault cause he was an adult and a teacher whatever that dont matter there little relationship was put on him cause he was the adult but i bet if he was famous he wouldnt be in jail or have all kids of ppl knowing bout this i mean come on little girls theses days can be looking older than they are and when guys ask them they age they dont tell them the truth thats how older guys get caught up in this (Expletive deleted by site moderator) and also cause girls dont know how to control there selfs
