The state of California has the most prisoners and sex offenders in the country. They are understaffed, underfunded and backed up for months. It could take a while for them to post her on a sex offender registry.
I thought Brookann Collier had to register as a sex offender?
Go to http://www.meganslaw.ca.gov/search_main.aspx?searchtype=name&lang=ENGLISH and search her name. NOTHING! >:-0
Few would dispute the female discount. Is it possible that a female homosexual discount is also available?
How long will she have to register as a sex offender?
Peter, you obviously have never been the victim nor known a victim of sexual abuse. It sometimes takes many, many years before one can come forward. There is a lot of guilt associated with these things, especially when–as happened in this case–the victim is brain washed into believing that it was all their fault or that the victim would be in trouble if it comes to light.
