Brian Lee Davidson, 30, a tennis coach at Argyle High School in Argyle, Texas has been arrested and charged with having an improper relationship with a 16-year-old female student.

A probable cause affidavit indicates that Davidson sent a 16-year-old female student several text messages with sexual content in them, made sexual comments to her on the telephone, called a substitute teacher and asked her to send the girl to his classroom, touched her on the leg and kissed her on the ear and cheek and engaged in a simulated sex act with her.

Following his arrest Davidson posted $5,000 bail and was released from the Denton County Jail.

Reportedly Davidson has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal school district investigation.

    no its not true. The girl is a smug liar. He has not ruined his life SHE has. The girl probably isnt who you think she is. she acts different around different people she flirted with him .

    What is sadder is that it is all true. I know the Coach and the girl, and she does not lie. The Coach just had a baby too. He has ruined his life, and now is probably going to loose his job.

    I too believe this is a sad story. Coach dedicated his time and energy supporting, coaching and educating students for many years. He has made many sacrifices throughout his career. We have seen that he is a strong husband, father, teacher and coach. With in a second one person changed his life with allegations. May God be with him and his family as well as the person making the allegations.

    This is a sad sad story. The coach/teacher in question is being humiliated, and ruined by the word of a 16 year old girl, who may or may not be telling the truth. He was a really nice guy and would never pull this sort of thing.
