Brad Theobald
Posted by: Webmaster in California, Coaches, High Schools, ME-FV, Science TeachersBrad Jason Theobald, 27, a biology teacher and assistant boys and girls cross country coach at Centennial High School, in Corona, California has been arrested on allegations that he repeatedly had sex with a 17-year-old female student.
Theobald was arrested Monday evening, during cross country practice, on suspicion of five counts of unlawful sex with a minor and three counts of oral copulation with a minor.
Following his arrest Theobald was held at the Robert Presley Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bail with arraignment scheduled for tomorrow.
It is alleged that the first sexual contact between Theobald and the victim took place in April or earlier and continued with several alleged incidents following.
Reportedly Theobald came to the attention of authorities when another teacher reported the alleged relationship to police Monday morning.

Brad is still going through the motions of the court system. His next trial date is the 30th of Jan. Supposedly everything will be over in mid-February and he will either be in jail or a free man.
You can follow his case on the Riverside County Court website (Google it) and do a records search under his name as the defendant to stay updated.

hi i was wondering if anyone has any information on how the court case went in november? i am a good friend of his and i am worried as i havnt heard anyting from him since the court date. someone mut know i am from england so i dont have access to newspapers ect. hope someone can help me out. thanks

Where are you getting info that the charges were dropped. I believe that he has a hearing date on Nov 13? I don’t believe the charges have been dropped.

Update on Mr. Theobald:
The charges we’re dropped and him and his wife are no longer together.
But, he gets visitation with his kids, so haha i was right!
Webmaster’s note: We have searched extensively and have been unable to find any report indicating that charges against Brad Theobald have been dropped. If/when we do find such reference we will update our reference on the case.

oh and about him admitting he did it, again read the court reports, the paper misinformed you as there were no parenthesis around his supposed quote by his lawyer, the media sucks and should be punished for ruining peoples lives, his lawyer was quoting the girl and the paper messed up…so have a heart and a head and think before you talk

if you know brad, you know hes innocent, all of us know high school girls are drama…and for you suckers who believe everything you read, think again…the paper had his charges wrong just like a lot of things…if you look at the court records and what the newspapers are saying they dont match…so hey get your facts straight and dont judge, we have courts for that, and all you who are putting him down…wait till the courts prove his innocence and then well see who should be ashamed…in the mean time all those who helped in one way or another should be supporting him as he was there for you when you needed it, you ungrateful people…
