A no contest plea is NOT “an easy way of saying I am guilty,” as Guru contends. In some situations, it is necessary to plead this way even if you are not guilty. It depends upon what’s at risk, and what evidence you have on your side. In some cases, a defendant may have no witnesses and risk jail vs probation. And fighting it out in a trial will ruin a person financially. This is especially true in cases involving a citizen’s arrest.
As far as Specht is concerned, Guru said it best; this guy did a lot of damage to his wife.
As far as what the Hutch High student said, it is too late for Specht to get a life. He was given one, then he flushed it down the toilet.
The stories about FL are not true and it’s sad that rumors spread like that. I believe that there are two sides to a story and both are to blame.
Well he is a jerk, no contest is an easy way of saying I am guilty.
Sad thing is it is coming out that he had troubles in with a female student in FL also.
Get a LIFE, BRAD SPECHT!

If the charges against this person is true, he’s is a jerk. His poor wife, what a thing to go though, her job and her family life is ruined in moments.
