Bartholomew McInerney

Bartholomew McInerney, 41, a baseball coach at St. Rose High School in Belmar, New Jersey has been arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

It is alleged that McInerney had at least one and possibly two of his players perform sex acts which were recorded on video and allegedly for McInerney’s personal viewing.

Allegedly one of the victims was paid in cash over a period of several months by McInerney.

It is also alleged that McInerney provided the boys with condoms, engaged in sexually oriented text messaging with the boys and encouraged them to masturbate.

Following his arrest McInerney was released on $75,000 bail, ordered to stay away from the school, to have no contact with the two boys or anyone under 18.
