Jay T. Harvill

Jay T. Harvill, 35, a teacher and softball and volleyball coach at Mansfield High School in Mansfield, Texas has reportedly been arrested on allegations of online solicitation of a minor.

Reportedly, Harvill is charged with a third-degree felony count of online solicitation of a minor.

On Thursday, Texas Attorney General’s investigators and Mansfield Police arrested Harvill at his residence.

It is alleged that Harvill conducted sexually explicit online chats this summer with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl, but who was in reality an undercover investigator with the Texas Attorney General’s Cyber Crimes Unit.

Reportedly, Harvill was placed on paid administrative leave by the school system prior to the beginning of the new school year.

Reportedly, Harvill was freed on $50,000 bond.

Joseph O. Massey

Joseph O. Massey, 36, an eight-grade social studies at Utterback Magnet Middle School in Tucson, Arizona has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old female student.

Reportedly, Massey has been charged with two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Massey came to the attention of authorities when a family member of the alleged victim discovered suspicious chat messages on the alleged victim’s Facebook account and alerted authorities.

Police contacted Massey and after interviewing him they determined they had enough probable cause to arrest him. Reportedly, Massey was arrested in the Utterback parking lot after school Friday.

Massey, who is reportedly in his first year at the school, has been placed on administrative leave.

Guilty

Nicolei Hurtado Ocana, 28, a math teacher at Compton High School in Compton, California has reportedly been arrested on allegations he sexually abused three female students.

Reportedly, Ocana was charged with two counts of lewd act upon a child, two counts of contact with a minor for a sexual offense and one count each of oral copulation of a person under 18 and misdemeanor child molestation.

It is alleged that the sexual assaults took place on the Compton High School campus between September 1, 2008, and April 21, 2010 when one of the alleged victims was 15 and the other two alleged victims were 16-years-old.

Ocana was arrested Friday and is reportedly being held in lieu of $390,000 bail.

He is expected to be arraigned in Compton Superior Court on Tuesday.

Marcie Lynn Rousseau

Marcie Lynn Rousseau, 33, a former English teacher at Freeland High School in Freeland, Michigan has reportedly been charged on allegations of a sexual relationship with a student.

Reportedly, Rousseau is charged in Saginaw County with 15 counts of felony criminal sexual conduct in the third degree and six counts of criminal sexual conduct in the 4th degree.

Reportedly, Rousseau is also charged in Midland County with 8 counts of felony criminal sexual conduct in the third degree.

All charges allege the same victim, whose age and gender have not been revealed.

The alleged relationship is said to have occurred from May, 2009 through February of this year.

Reportedly, Rousseau was placed on administrative leave in February and resigned her position with the school system last week.

Thomas Calvin Vickers

Thomas Calvin Vickers, 42, a history teacher at Moorhead Junior High in Conroe, Texas has reportedly been arrested on allegations of online solicitation of a minor.

Reportedly, Vickers is charged with two counts of enticing a child and one count of promotion of child pornography.

Investigators with the Harris County Precinct 4 High Tech Crime Division and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force allege that Vickers entered into an online chat with an undercover officer, who was posing as a 14-year-old girl.

It is further alleged that Vickers displayed lewd images of himself and solicited the officer for sex. Investigators said Vickers also displayed lewd images of what appeared to be juvenile females to the undercover officer.

Charges Dismissed

Brian Willner, 35, a teacher and chairman of the special education department at Agua Fria High School in Avondale, Arizona has reportedly been arrested on allegations of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female special education student.

Reportedly, Willner was booked on one count each of sexual assault and sexual abuse of a minor.

Willner came to the attention of police after the alleged victim told her mother on April 16th that Willner raped her at the school a few weeks earlier.

According to a report by the Avondale Police department, it is alleged that Willner excused the girl from class and brought her into his office, grabbed her by the arms and took her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.

The report goes on to state that when the student confronted Willner about the alleged rape, he threatened to kill her mother if she told anyone what happened.

During the course of the investigation of the alleged rape, a nurse examined the girl and allegedly found evidence of rape through internal bruising and cuts. It is further alleged that the girl tested positive for Chlamydia.

It it alleged that investigators obtained a court order to test Willner for Chlamydia and that the test result came back positive.

Reportedly, Willner has been placed on paid leave the school system.

09/03/10 – All Charges Dropped

On Thursday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Paul McMurdie dismissed all charges against Brian Willner, citing “interest of justice”.
