Armando Rodriguez, 34, a teacher at Castle Park High School in Chula Vista, California has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a 16-year-old female student.

Rodriguez surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, the day a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Rodriguez has entered not guilty pleas to seven misdemeanor counts of annoying or molesting a child.

It is alleged that Rodriguez “French kissed” the girl on seven different occasions.

Following his arrest, Rodriguez was released on his own recognizance with a court date set for September 2nd.

    I’ve spoken to Castle Park AP’s and they provided me with that information
