Armando Gutierrez, 35, a former computer lab instructor at Clinton Elementary School in La Joya, Texas has reportedly been arrested and charged with 10 counts of indecency with a child by contact.

Gutierrez has reportedly been suspended by the school system since May, 2008 when the allegations of improper touching surfaced.
Gutierrez is accused of using candy to lure the first grade girls into alleged molestation sessions.
After the initial allegations surfaced more alleged victims came forward as the investigation progressed.
Police say that the alleged victims are consistent with what they’ve been telling police about being touched on their privates through the outside of their clothes.
Following his arrest, Gutierrez is reportedly being held in lieu of bonds totaling $2.5 million and if convicted could face from 2 to 20 years and up to a $10,000 fine on each count.
08/07/09 – Not Guilty Verdict
A Hidalgo County jury has found Armando Gutierre not guilty on all charges.

Mr. Gutierrez. I am sorry for the pain that this case has cause you and your family. It is disgusting what you had to deal with. Please, I beg you to sue the ‘victims’ and their parents, that judge who set your bail at $2,500,000 and mostly the lazy under worked pigs that arrested you. It is a crying shame that the court took this case in the first place.
