Anthony D. Deyoe, 28, of Ausable Forks, New York, a former AuSable Valley Central School Board member has pleaded guilty to felony third-degree criminal sexual act for having sex with an underage female.
Deyoe, who is also a former teacher, was charged by State Police in October 2007 on allegations that he had oral sex with a then-14-year-old girl at his home.
Deyoe, a member of the school board since 2001, resigned his position on the board following his arrest.
Reportedly the County District Attorney’s Office will ask that Deyoe be sentenced to prison at his sentencing which is set for September 16th.
Deyoe remains free on bond pending sentencing.

I am totally amazed, Tony Deyoe is out of jail on probabtion it seems like no stipulations. Wouldn’t you think he should not be around children well he has been seen at the Clinton County Fair and guess what he is allowed to be there??? What is this world coming to, The fair is full of young unexpection children, so parents beware.
I am a VERY close realative to the 14 year old girl involved. Her mother allowed and condoned this behaviour. When I learned of what was happening, I contacted the mother with my concernes and was told to F..K off. With her responce, and other comments by her, I was forced to informed the mother that , “I’m left with no recourse but to involve athourities.” The authorities leared of many of mr deyoe’s indescresions. I’m here because I find it very strange that mr deyoe does not show up on the NYS sex offedder lists. I will be contacting authorities into this matter. Especially if he was let out last month!!!
Well for all who are wondering what happened to Tony Deyoe. Tony will be free soon, to be exact January 15, 2009. He got his sentence reduced for good behavior (GO FIGURE GOOD BEHAVIOR??? NOT QUITE SURE ON THAT ONE). So everyone keep your eyes peeled, one good thing he has to wear a GPS tacking device for 6 months.
We sorry there are other victims out there that had to suffer just like the 14 yr old girl, we wish you would have come forward when there was all the legal (********) of what he did, It would have been easier to send him to prison! No one paid off anyone we did not want to drag the 14yr girl thru the legal system. She has had enough of Tony Deyoe and the family. The only way to keep her out of the legal system was to offer him a plea bargin. If others would have helped and come forward he would not be around for a long time! Unfortunately there was only one brave little girl who had enough courage to put him where he belonged.

We really need a link to either news reports or online court records on the sentencing of this individual in order than we can update this coverage.

Tony Deyoe is a disgusting pervert…always has been and always will be. He is a great manipulater and knows how to throw on the charm. Thats why some people like him, because lying is his speciality. This doesn’t surprise me. His uncle molested me when I was a teen and this kind of behavior is permissable in this family. It still goes on!!
IN ORDER TO KEEP THE VICITM OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND GIVE HER A NORMAL LIFE AS CAN BE EXPECTED HE WAS OFFERED A PLEA. ALSO IF HE HAD SERVED A PRISON TERM HE WOULD BE OUT AFTER 1-4 YRS AND THERE WOULD BE NO ACCOUNTABILITY. THIS WAY HE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR 10 YRS AND IF HE SCEWS UP THEN HE GOES TO PRISON NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I AGREE WITH YOUR STATEMENT IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A PROBLEM GET HELP BUT INSTEAD HE USED IT TO GET WHAT HE WANTED AND HE IS SORRY AFTER THE FACT, BECAUSE HE GOT CAUGHT.
He didn’t get what he deserved, he should be locked up for much longer. The justice system failed our children. Funny how people are so remorseful after the fact. I wonder how he would feel if he hadn’t gotten caught. He made a choice and now has to live with the consequences, too bad it’s only for 6 months. I’m tired of people using past abuses as an excuse for their actions. If you know enough to use it as an excuse then you should know enough that it’s a problem and get help for it.
Facts are all right and he got what he deserved! He went to jail today! and then probabtion for 10yrs. Hopefully he will not test the court system again! What a fool
