(08/25/08 – Initial BBT Report)
Anthony D. Deyoe, 28, of Ausable Forks, New York, a former AuSable Valley Central School Board member has pleaded guilty to felony third-degree criminal sexual act for having sex with an underage female.
Deyoe, who is also a former teacher, was charged by State Police in October 2007 on allegations that he had oral sex with a then-14-year-old girl at his home.
Deyoe, a member of the school board since 2001, resigned his position on the board following his arrest.
Reportedly the County District Attorney’s Office will ask that Deyoe be sentenced to prison at his sentencing which is set for September 16th.
Deyoe remains free on bond pending sentencing.

I am totally amazed, Tony Deyoe is out of jail on probabtion it seems like no stipulations. Wouldn’t you think he should not be around children well he has been seen at the Clinton County Fair and guess what he is allowed to be there??? What is this world coming to, The fair is full of young unexpection children, so parents beware.

I am a VERY close realative to the 14 year old girl involved. Her mother allowed and condoned this behaviour. When I learned of what was happening, I contacted the mother with my concernes and was told to F..K off. With her responce, and other comments by her, I was forced to informed the mother that , “I’m left with no recourse but to involve athourities.” The authorities leared of many of mr deyoe’s indescresions. I’m here because I find it very strange that mr deyoe does not show up on the NYS sex offedder lists. I will be contacting authorities into this matter. Especially if he was let out last month!!!
