The point is A TEACHER CANNOT HAVE A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH A STUDENT!!!! It’s the person in a position of trust law. If she wanted to carry on a relationsip with him after she was an adult is her business,HOWEVER, when she was a student of 17 years old it was the States business. Sorry but thats the law.

If this relationship started when this girl was 17 and a student this guy is right where he belongs.Out of the classroom and under arrest. He does not get a pass because he ended up marrying his victim and having a child.Anyone who thinks this guy would not eventually move on to another student you are being naive and I suggest you look up Richard Priode on this site.

This is so ridiculous. I realize that they both admitted to the allegations but honestly, Janice is right. This has nothing to do with the baby or that they’re living together because when those things occured she was of legal age. This girl or “the victim” as some sites have put it which is STUPID went to school with my brother and was in his graduating class. I don’t know what her name is but I don’t care either. I would have bet my life on the fact that Mr. Krienke didn’t do it because of the kind of teacher he is. The reason that all of his students say, “he’s the best teacher we’ve ever had” and “he’s so cool” is because he is. I retained more information from his class that any other class i’ve ever taken in my life and that includes my AP classes. I am completely and totally disgusted by the comments i’m hearing about what kind of person he is. He made a mistake, get over it. All the moms that are worried about their children are over-reacting. And whoever tipped off the police has some serious issues because it’s none of their business and it’s been 3 years for christ’s sake. So if the school or a student were involved in the contacting of the police based on a rumor, I WILL find out.

it says, on recordnet.com, that he was telling his collegues about the relationship. then in turn, they told the principal

  6. Janice says:

I find it odd that these two people would admit having an affair when she was only 17. They are currently of legal age, and the baby was conceived when she was 19. How did the police come by the information that they had sex when she was 17? Do they have videos, photos, or witnesses? I know Lodi Unified School District; they are quick to make sexual charges against their teachers. They have ruined many reputations with unfounded accusations–accusations that have always been found to be false when investigated. Is the school involved in contacting the police?
