Alison M. Peck, 23, a music teacher at Greenfield High School in Greenfield, Missouri has reportedly been arrested on allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a student who is under 17-years-old.
Reportedly, court documents indicate that Peck told investigators she began exchanging text messages with the student in December, 2008 and that the relationship developed from a friendship into a sexual relationship.
Peck reportedly faces two counts of second-degree statutory rape.
05/18/09 – More Charges Filed
Alison M. Peck is facing additional criminal counts after statutory rape and sodomy charges were filed today in Lawrence county.
Peck allegedly told detectives she first began having sex with the student in January at her residence in Mt. Vernon and at a local in rural Dade County.
05/22/09 – Alison Peck Arrested Again
Alison Peck has been arrested again, this time on allegations of witness tampering and having sex with someone under the age of 14.
It is alleged that on Friday, May 15th that two of Peck’s friends contacted the same student allegedly victimized earlier to set up a meeting.
It is further alleged that the foursome met at the American Inn in Springfield, Missouri and had pizza and that after Peck’s friends left that the boy and Peck had sex and spent the night together at the motel.

Greene County prosecutors charged Peck on Friday with one count of statutory rape and her bond in that county has been set at $200,000.
The Greene County judge also ordered Peck to have no contact with the boy or his family, not to be within 1,000 feet of his home or school, not to have contact with her two friends who admitted taking the boy to Springfield, not to leave Missouri, and to surrender her passport to the sheriff’s department.
06/01/09 – Court Hearing
At a court hearing this morning to decide conditions of Alison Peck’s release from the Greene County Jail, Robert Torp, attorney for Alison M. Peck, told the judge, “She understands she needs to follow the court’s orders, and I’m confident she will”.
Torp argued that Peck should be released on her own recognizance, as her family is reportedly “tapped out” from having paid earlier bond amounts of $25,000 and $100,000.
Prosecutors have requested a $200,000 bond be set.
The judge took the matter under advisement.
06/22/09 – Preliminary Hearing Waived
Alison Peck waived her preliminary hearing Monday in Greene County Associate Court.
Peck is reportedly being held in the Greene County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bond.
Her arraignment in circuit court is set for Friday.
Peck’s case in Dade County is scheduled for preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon.

See the difference in treatment when even a semi-pretty looking teacher gets popped for screwing a minor as opposed to a male? This woman is SICK, SICK, SICK.
