Adam Windsor, 25, a theater arts and band teacher at Ballenger Creek Middle School in Frederick, Maryland has reportedly been indicted by a Frederick County grand jury on allegations that he videotaped 13- and 14-year-old girls as they changed clothes.

Reportedly, the grand jury indicted Windsor on two counts of child sex abuse, exploitation and two counts of visual surveillance with prurient intent.
It is alleged that Windsor used a cell phone to videotape girls changing in a room set up for costume changes
Windsor came to the attention of authorities by way of an investigation by the Baltimore office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. When ICE agents served a search and seizure warrant at Windsor’s residence they allegedly found video footage on his computer taken at Ballenger Creek Middle School.
Reportedly, Windsor who has taught at the school for three years, was placed on administrative leave on April 24th.
Assistant State’s Attorney Lindell K. Angel has indicated that a warrant for Windsor’s arrest is forthcoming.
If convicted, Windsor could face up to 25 years in prison.
Indicted by the same grand jury, on the same day, was Robert Rich a science teacher at Catoctin High School in Thurmont, Maryland.
08/10/09 – Another Indictment and 6 More Charges
On Friday, a Frederick County grand jury indicted Adam Windsor on 6 additional counts.
Windsor is now facing five counts each of child sex abuse exploitation and visual surveillance with prurient intent.
The latest grand jury indictment is the result of computer forensics experts allegedly finding additional footage and identifying three more girls, ages 12 and 13.
09/10/09 – Guilty Plea
Reportedly, Adam Windsor has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges.
Sentencing is set for December 1st.
Windsor faces from five to twenty years in federal prison.
Windsor still faces state charges, including child sex abuse charges.
