Rowdy Androy Willis, 25, a school bus driver for Hulbert Public Schools, in Hulbert, Oklahoma has been arrested on a complaint of second-degree rape of a 15-year-old female student.

An investigator for the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says that the girl told her parents that she and Willis had consensual sex at his home in April of this year. The girl’s parents then reported the alleged crime to police.

Reportedly the girl’s parents took her to live with a relative in Kansas and the girl has subsequently ran away.

Willis was jailed in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Richard Smith, 53, a fourth and fifth-grade teacher at Salem Lutheran School in Springdale, Arkansas has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Smith came to the attention of police by way of an anonymous tip to the Springdale, AR Police Department alleging that Smith had child pornography on his home computer.

A search warrant was executed on Smith’s residence and he voluntarily came to the Springdale Police Department, where he allegedly confessed to possessing various child pornography.

Smith was arrested on a charge of felony distributing, possessing, or viewing child pornography and was held in the Washington County Detention Center pending a bond hearing.

Smith was fired by Wednesday by the Salem Lutheran School.

Michael Scott Call, 44, a teacher at Whitewright Middle School in Whitewright, Texas has been arrested and charged with online solicitation of a minor.

Police say that Michael Call has been participating in on-line chats with what he thought was a 14-year-old female since February.

It is alleged that Call engaged in sexually oriented communications with the girl, used a webcam to perform inappropriate acts for the girl to view and solicited the girl to have sex with him.

Call was arrested at the school during the school day and police say that it appears that Call was communicating with the “girl” at the time of his arrest.

Investigators expedited their arrest of Call when a search warrant obtained to reveal his IP address indicated that he was using a school computer to communicate with the undercover officer.
